    This space is amazing! I usually go to the Highlands, but the feel in the East End is just as special. The heat in the room is so much more intense and much needed. 502 just holds a spot in my heart, and I am so grateful for it ️

    I love going to 502 yoga! It’s a great workout, and I leave feeling completely at peace and ready for the rest of my day. Definitely recommend!

    Great studio and even greater teachers. The welcoming 502 community is unlike any other studio you’ll go to. This studio is great for all levels of yogi. No matter what your experience level is 502 has a unique way of motivating you to better yourself both physically and mentally. At 502 no judgment is allowed, you just show up on your mat and make the practice work for you.

    I’ve been with 502PY for seven years and I love this second location and its evening classes!! I come after work, change in their dressing room (more studios need these!!), and let go of all the stress of my day. I also like the heat from the heat panels at this location. Finally, I always grab some nice dinner at Fresh Market or Panera after class as they’re all in the same center. I’m also pretty sure the first class for folks is free, so I highly recommend checking it out.

      Aww Kristen, we love you! I'm glad you're enjoying our East End studio. First class isn't free, but our New Student Intro Package (30 days for $38) is certainly a great deal

    I could not have more positive things to say about 502. It is a friendly, welcoming environment where I know I will be encouraged to push myself each class (or not, if that’s not what I’m feeling). I never feel judged, and I appreciate the assists and modifications offered by teachers. I can tell that my practice has grown and evolved since I’ve started practicing at 502. Classes are fun and I feel like I’m getting a personalized class in a group class setting. I always feel like I’m in a better … – show

    I love everything about this studio. My favorite classes are the slow flow, but I enjoy power vinyasa as well. Teachers are great, the space is clean and comfortable, and the parking is convenient. I love the Highlands location as well, but I go to the East End location more often.

    I highly recommend 502 power yoga. They have the best welcoming staff and their classes are amazing. Great studio to get in a better mind space, shape, and find a be part of a great community.

    I’m approaching 7 years of practice at 502PY. I love challenging myself while building strength and flexibility. I love the sweat. I love the relaxed and friendly environment. I love the unique teachers. I love the cold lavender towels. Much gratitude for 502PY in my life.

    502 Power Yoga has taught me so much about what it means to get on my mat—showing up for myself in the yoga studio, or in my own life. I show up knowing I’m going to leave with what I needed because they encourage you to take what you need, and leave out what you don’t. I love you 502PY!

    Great community. I always feel like a new person after class. Highly recommend. This studio is smaller and closer to home, but I don't mind the drive to the Highland locations either.

    It is a wonderful community with great

    Excellent instructors who recognize your limitations but also realize your potential. Smaller class sizes that are either always half full or completely full so it brings the right amount of heat. Optimistic, encouraging, and friendly community. Easy to access location.
