    I have been taking classes for about two months. The teachers are so knowledgeable and professional, and sensitive to your individual needs. And they're all a really nice bunch of people I feel so safe there. I have a lot of spinal problems and arthritis. Plus, I'm a little older. I'm already feeling a lot better!
    They have a variety of types of classes and hours offered. I can take easier classes when I can't do as well and then there are more challenging classes whenever I feel stronger.
