The crew came out today and replaced a live electric/phone pole on my dead-end street in Reisterstown MD. They were professional, polite, and used all the safety precautions that I am knowledgeable. Polite because they took the time to move their equipment when someone needed to get out or leave, and to allow deliveries. I know they would have rather been doing work up in the air on the bucket trucks, but they came down. If they are like this on every job, they are a good value.

He asked for $3000 upfront for materials, which I gave to him. After two weeks of asking him when the project will start, he finally answered my call with a yell on the phone, blaming me that it is because I did not give him his remaining amount ($700), that was the reason why the project hasn't started. I was calm and patient all the while because I did not want any uglier incident, and I sent him the remaining $700 that day (February 1, 2023). Jermaine Holland still did not let me know when the project will commence. I became worried.
Jermaine Holland is very disrespectful, unprofessional, and insulting. He will send me video calls without notification or will he ask for permission. He will also come to my property without my knowledge, which I got to know through the camera I installed on the property. He refused to give a start date of the project and will yell at me whenever I asked him for the start date. Jermaine Holland has made a racial slur severally. For example, Jermaine Holland told me to go back to my Country and ask for the start date of my patio project. On February 7, 2023, Jermaine now told me to stop texting him as he is not owing me anything... and this is after paying him $3700. He did not do the project neither did he refund my money. Please see the attached evidence. Had to take him to court. No one should be put in this kind of wicked situation. Stay away from this company.

They also don't provide many goal-oriented opportunities for serious dancers outside of dance competitions. They don't prepare them for college/scholarship auditions, master classes are few and far between, and they don't seem to care about preparing your kid for a life of dance after high school. I wish I had not spent so much time and money here and should have walked away a long time ago, surely there is a better studio than this in the area. I contracted with NV Kitchen & Bath to redo my bathroom as well as a kitchen and addition. I had read a pretty bad review (red flag 1) but it appeared to be about a specific project manager. When I brought that up to them, they assured me that would not be my experience. Once we settled on design plans and saw the contract, I had more concerns. They wanted 70-95% before the majority of the work as even started.

to contact them to get any information. Before starting work on our bathroom (the first project on our list) they told us that some of the bathroom accessories we chose were out of stock and they wanted to pick substitutes. I found that the items were actually in stock and personally drove to a store near me to pick them up. From then on, the list of troubles grew, and I ended up being forced to come home mid-day everyday to check on the crew.
The most egregious problem that occurred was when the crew left a live wire in the walls and after numerous requests to have them fix this, I had to disconnect the wire myself. Everything else they did, from the subfloor prep to the grouting on the tile floor, was done subpar. Because they installed the floor unevenly, my vanity had to have a piece of tile shimming up the front corner to make it level. When they installed the tub, they scratched & cracked it so badly it had to be replaced. They installed the window trim incorrectly, so it had to be redone. I can go on, but this is how every aspect of the job went.
At one point, work halted for a week while our GC went on vacation without notice. I spoke to him about the need for better communication, and he agreed but never improved. As the project was nearing completion, I presented NV with the punch list of final tasks. I was told that the crew thought the job was done and because they were out of Baltimore, it was hard to get them to come down to do little things. I finished the project myself and then requested we dissolve the rest of the contract. They agreed and refunded me the money I had over paid, as well as delivering items already purchased. However, we never got finished drawings for the kitchen addition despite being charged the full amount for that service.
I tried everything I could to communicate effectively with them but was met with no call backs, few email responses, or incomplete responses. At my final meeting with them, they attempted to get me to sign an illegal non-disparagement clause. I cannot recommend this company, but I recommend you read all the reviews.

She takes really good care of my skin and is able to treat it, according to whatever its condition is during my visits, she does a much better job than my dermatologist’s esthetician (she sets the bar extremely high). I’ve also received additional services, her body wax and scrub is beyond spectacular and leaves your skin super soft, a must have if you’re going on a beach vacation!!!! Keenya also contacts me each time after my appointments to see how my skin is doing (talk about phenomenal customer service). any control over what goes on in your own salon? Went BACK in to speak with the stylist who lied to my face numerous times and refused to refund any of the $260+ that I paid, even though she knows she did not give me the spiral perm she charged me for. After leaving reviews stating 100% the truth the owner had her husband call me to offer me a refund. We spoke on the phone and via texts and set up numerous days to meet,, all of which he never showed for (even though I rescheduled things to meet with him). After telling me for weeks he was going to refund my money, and many meetings he never showed for, he completely ghosted me. These people are completely unprofessional (especially the way they talk about the clients IN FRONT OF OTHER CLIENTS) they shouldn’t even be in business. PLEASE don’t trust this salon with your hair. I walked in with very healthy long hair and walked out with hair I can’t even get a wide tooth comb through even with conditioning and putting leave in conditioner. Message me and I’ll be happy to send pictures of my hair just days after the perm. You can see for yourself what it looked like before, and what it looks after they destroyed it.

I went seeking gap funding from Access 1 Properties and was promised that someone would reach out to me after I submitted my application. It got so bad to the point where I had to use another phone number of mines just to get through to him because he knew my personal cell and began to avoid it. I am writing this review because, the owner is not to be trusted. The owner even told me that there wasn't a guarantee that I would get my money back because "multiple people" who work for him that worked my file needs to get paid. manager the lady was incrediably rude, nasty, and told me that wasn’t possible because her “drivers” are great and wouldn’t do that. I have camera footage of them dropping her off in the parking lot of the building that she doesn’t live in. My mother had to wait 25 minutes for me in the rain to come get to take her home. While in the transportation vehicle my mother said the driver seemed impaired and kept aggressive crossing lanes. A bunch of money waste on half ass service. I’m reporting all of this to the attorney general’s office, the BBB, and filing a class action lawsuit against iCare for negligence of an elderly person with the courts. Anything could have happened to my mother in between the time she was dropped off at the wrong building and when I got to her. I paid this business good money to ensure she’d get home safely. But instead she got neglected. “iCare transportation” yeah okay, all you do is care about money and giving people piss poor service. No one needs to do business with them.

The OWNER of this company is a liar, thief and manipulator. He and his wife stole a check from me and my husband in April of this year. They attempted to forge our signatures and deposit into their bank account via their mobile app. I would NOT trust this male or his wife with any important or personal information for myself or my dog.

We selected a quartz countertop with their sales rep (Evan and Snell), we paid the 70% deposit and were told that the countertop will be installed within 1 week after the measurement. They could not deliver the countertop even 3 weeks after the measurement as their supplier didn't have it in stock, and they could not even give us a timeframe for when it will be in stock. At this point, they said they will deduct 30% from the deposit as a contract cancellation fee! and refused to give our full deposit back or give a timeframe of when they will be able to install the countertop. We were so shocked by this response and were totally in disbelief that the company could do this and act with such dishonesty. This is a brick-and-mortar store with several years of business, maybe they are under new ownership, otherwise, I am not sure how they could survive with such bad business practices.
Fortunately, we paid using a credit card. Our credit card company was able to dispute the charges on our behalf. But we had to go thru a lot of stress and paperwork just because we had $5,500 at risk (70% deposit) and our kitchen remodeling project was stuck incurring us additional contractor expenses.
Please be careful working with this company. If you do decide to work, please ensure you modify the contract with a clause that gets your deposit back if the company is unable to provide the service within the acceptable timeframe. Their current contract has no such protection for customers. And from our experience, we can tell that Granite Works will not act ethically in difficult situations. Also, always use a credit card for payments as it provides additional safety and protection for the customers in such situations.

I cannot in good conscience recommend buying a golf cart from this company. They have managed to make mistakes in every aspect of my purchase.
1. My cart was delivered without the month sticker for the license plate. Something that can get you pulled over for. One was eventually mailed to me.
2. I was given the wrong VIN information by a sales person (Eddie), and had to make corrections with my insurance company and also with my bank, who holds my loan.

the title needed to be filed with a lien, and I was promised the finance person (Faith) would be notified and not to worry. Well the title was issued without the lien, and i need to rush to correct it before my bank raises my financing rate. (Covering the MVA fees out of pocket, btw)
4. I asked for a clay basket to be installed, which they assured me is not a problem. The cart was delivered without the basket installed. It took two weeks for them to come out to install it. The brackets were made wrong, which they admitted to, and in the same breath Eddie said he was not willing to properly correct the mistake. I had to take my cart to a local mechanic for the brackets to be repaired and installed properly.
5. After being given the "We go go over every cart with a fine toothed comb before delivery" speech, my cart was delivered with a faulty headlight. Its not been over a month and APK has zero sense of urgency in fixing it.
6. I’ve made several phone calls to the company to ask about updates, scheduling, etc. and every time I’m made to feel like I am bothering them by asking them to correct mistakes they’ve made, that they’ve admitted to.
Now, with that said, if you want an LSV, they can sell you one. They can get the MD tag for you. Just make sure you go over the cart yourself, and point out any issues to several people in the room before you leave. Make sure you are present for all of the paperwork. Because once the deal is made, getting help from them is worse than pulling teeth.
I have to add: a day after posting this review, Eddie from APK reached out to me. Not to apologize and make things right, but to scold me for posting a negative review. After my scolding, he was not interested in making me a happy customer, but wanted to end our business relationship. Noting that I was "all set now” since I had reached out to other companies out of pocket to fix the problems with the cart, and paid fees to correct the title on my own.
We gave this review a great deal of thought. What makes this vendor experience hard to describe is how much it felt like being catfished. Going into the event, we had zero concerns about Eleven Courses based on their professionalism, excellent food at our tasting (we are vegan, and it is particularly impressive when a non-vegan caterer delivers multiple excellent vegan main courses), and prompt responses to questions throughout the planning response. of the owners, in early 2021 as we began planning our wedding which occurred this past September. We considered several caterers, but selected Eleven Courses because of the excellent reviews, their flexibility as we changed venues a few months into our planning process, and most significantly because Jim assured my wife that he personally managed every event. They seemed like a slam dunk from the beginning.
When we attended our venue walk-through with Raquel about 3-4 weeks before the event, our confidence was reinforced by her note-taking, attention to detail, and helpful questions. Although our contract was clear that Eleven Courses does not assume responsibility for decor apart from serving items and linens rented through their business, we discussed several personal touches with which the team readily agreed to assist, including a unique request to set a symbolic "reserved" table in an innocuous place during the reception for two family members who could not be invited, but whom we wished to honor.
Suffice to say it was a shock on the day of the event when the two managers on site, although kind and attentive, were people to whom we had never spoken prior. The non-contracted decor the walkthrough team agreed to assist with were not done, including the table setting mentioned above. Tables were set up in areas of our venue where we explicitly asked be left open for post-ceremony photographs, resulting in empty tables standing awkwardly in our ceremony photos. The staff provided by Eleven Courses seemed inexperienced and new to working weddings; when we relocated for our formal photos, the staff kept walking in and out of the background sweeping up dropped flower petals. As our DJ was announcing our entrance into the reception, another staffer walked through the door as we started through. One of the vegan brides was initially served a plate of chicken by the event manager (as well as cheese hors d'oeuvres), menus that we created ourselves were not set out at all as we had discussed with Raquel at the walk-through, and while our salad and sides were excellent, the main courses were completely unlike the quality we received at our tasting.
To their credit, all of our guests who required their dinner be plated for them due to mobility issues were served appropriately as were our guests with gluten-free and other dietary restrictions who required separate meals different from the buffet-served mains we had chosen.
We emailed Eleven Courses afterward and asked that they reimburse us for water dispensers we rented that were unavailable on the day as well as for the costs of photoshopping the misplaced hors d'oeuvres tables from our ceremony photos. We received a refund for the unavailable water dispensers, but Jim's response to our concerns about the other issues noted above was shocking in its lack of integrity and shifting of blame and responsibility for the mistakes to our other vendors or friends and family who had assisted us with setup. As an example, when we expressed our concerns about the food quality, Jim responded that we should have asked for it to be remade in the middle of our reception as if somehow we were at fault for not stopping our wedding to replace food that should have been prepared well at the beginning. We learned that the owner was in Europe during our event and was apparently unavailable to manage our wedding himself as a result unlike what we were told at the beginning. I'm sure that events run by the owners themselves are outstanding based on their reviews, but I would exercise caution in booking this vendor that will be able to follow through with their promises.

owner cites as I do not put the invoice number on my payment which I have emails to the contrary. The emails state it is a communication error involving the owner. They tore off a concrete front step leaving its corner permanently damaged (gone) with their riding mower when it snagged it and just left it torn off. After several communications and an initial botched repair, this was eventually straightened out (repaired by them). Most recently I had had adjacent trees removed (by my tree company) and pokeweeds grew up on my lawn which were not weed-eaten by Campbell during my normal lawn service. After several communications with the owner, I was informed that eliminating the weeds would be an additional charge or I can get the tree company to do the work. This company is all about getting money and there is no concern for customer satisfaction. This company has two customers that are referrals of mine. With all my years with them and faithfully paying and referring they have been just concerned with obtaining additional money from me. My time and efforts in straightening out their errors are belittled to the point where I am no longer recommending them and am seeking another service. I feel as an individual homeowner I am not valued as much as perhaps a larger commercial client.

while I came in with a little yorkie someone had hit and left in the road. Cricket spent a month at Marymont after her pelvis was repaired. Shadow another stray stayed with Dr Meyer & Staff for over a month every day while I worked because of a very serious operation she had to be monitored. So many quick unexpected trips and always Dr.Meyer there waiting. He and Kay even came to the house to give all the pets their shots, and we would have lunch or coffee and donuts. I miss him so much. I also miss not even being able to get in to have my 14 year old dog have his nails cut like when Marie was there. I would come around 11:30 because it only takes a few minutes and since I’m now 84, I really don’t like afternoons. The last time I was in that girl up front gave us such a hard time my daughter started to leave. Greg told me that next time let him know he would check the schedule and get me in before lunch. I called yesterday, today since I didn’t get an answer and Miss Thing told me 3 pm one day or 6 pm. After all these years, after all the recommendations, after all the thousands of dollars I am extremely disappointed because I go by loyalty and I have been loyal to Marymont, I know Dr. John would never in a million years put up with this. Over the years I have never expected special treatment, never took advantage but I think the treatment and response I am receiving now is reprehensible and inconsiderate. I am so disappointed in Greg that he cannot find the time to care for Bingos nails since he has been coming there since we adopted him and doesn’t scream when Greg cuts them.
