Had deck extended 6 feet to our above ground pool. Mike and his partner did a fantastic job. The deck looks fabulous. He communicated with me through every step of the process. I highly recommend him if you need work done.

We used Mike on two projects. The first was a small siding job on our porch upgrade. The second was a major bathroom upgrade. The first thing about Mike is his polite and congenial nature. Communication with him was a pleasant experience. When I called, he would often answer right away or soon called back. Texting back and forth was frequent and timely.

On the work side, he was neat and always cleaned up at the end of the day. He used floor mats and blankets along with floor to ceiling pla stic. Mike is an excellent carpenter and very meticulous about his work. For areas that he lacks expertise, such as plumbing & electrical, he has proven sub-contractors to support the project.

All and all, I rate Mike Cabbage an A1 and will recommend him to others. … – show

We were introduced to Mike by another professional and I’m so glad we were! He did a beautiful job installing new exterior trim, gutters and a new window in our home. We never had a doubt that the work was being done the right way. Mike was helpful, friendly, and a true expert. Top notch!

Michael replaced 9 Andersen windows on the front of my home and repaired a large Bay Window on the rear of the house.
The installations were precise and look terrific.
Michael was quick to respond to any questions I had and is always thorough in his explanations and his work.
I will be using Michael for any work needed to be done at my home in the future.
Extremely professional contractor.

ABR, remodeled both my bathroom and kitchen. Mike Cabbage is a true professional at his craft. My wife and I are 110% satisfied with his work and a great price. He takes pride in his work and it’s shown in the quality. I would recommend fir any future remodels.

We hired American Building and Remodeling to build an attached two-car garage and breezeway addition a few years ago. After the beautiful job Mike and his crew did transforming our home, I hired them again this past year to remodel our bathroom and kitchen. Mike has an excellent attention to detail and quality to ensure the job is done right. Mike also ensures that each of his subcontractors provides quality and professionalism so I’m confident the job is always in good hands. Our new bathroom w ith floor-to-ceiling tiles is a masterpiece, and they even straightened our old, sagging walls first so that all the tiles would look perfectly straight. In our kitchen, we have a gorgeous custom built kitchen island with painted cabinetry and all the newest charging/connectivity bells and whistles. And every time I enter my house I still fall in love with my beautiful Saltillo tile floor they installed in our addition a few years ago.
