Bristol County Sealing did a beautiful job on my stamped concrete. They were very thorough with the cleaning and prep so the sealer went on beautifully. It looks brand new and I am very pleased!

Bristol County Sealing has gone above and beyond my expectations! I hired them last year to reseal my pool patio and the knowledge they shared and expertise while resealing was impeccable. The end product was beautiful! I called this year to have them take a look and see if any follow up was required and they offered to come out and touch up a spot that didn't take the sealant for free. Amazing customer service! Would recommend to anyone looking to reseal concrete!

I called Bristol County for an estimate on some stamped concrete walkways to match my patio that BCSC had installed 6 yrs. ago. Mike remembered the job and told me he has DeMelo & Sons Concete Co. that works thru him and would be in touch about measuring the job and giving me an estimate. I never heard from the contractor or a follow up call from Mike. Being a return customer I thought I would get better service than that.

  Mrs. Mcdonald Bristol County Sealing never installed your stamp concrete patio. Bristolcountysealingcompany cleans and seals decorative and conventional concrete. So we referred you to Demelo and sons because they are installation contractors. I’m not sure I understand why you did a review on us, when we tried to help you, by referring you to someone who could help you. We also explain to you that most concrete installation Contractors have square foot minimums and cannot take on small projects that are smaller than a certain amount of square footage. It is too bad that you found yourself compelled to do review on us, when we tried to be helpful. But I suppose that’s your prerogative to do a review. I gave 5 stars because all around this was top notch service. First, Mike responded very quickly to my call. Even though I was at the edge of his service area, he made sure to come out and look at my walks. His estimate came in quickly too and was written in a professional manner, and was reasonable. Scheduling was easy too. I haven't even gotten to the good part! My walks are now done, and they are gleaming! It is like night and day. Now, I wonder if my husband will agree to getting th e house painted. Mike, do your guys paint houses too?:)

Bristol County Sealing Company has sealed my stamped concrete pool deck several times now. They are always professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about how and when to properly reseal. Resealing is an important process which will maintain the look while extending the life of your deck. Mike quoted me a fair price and scheduled my project very quickly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a competent and highly-skilled concrete sealer.

Mike and the entire team at Bristol County Sealing Company did a great job on our pool deck. We have a stamped concrete deck that is about 14 years old and they brought it back to life. I am happy to recommend them to anyone with a pool deck as they are efficient and do excellent work, cheers!

Their crew came out, and cleaned and sealed concrete around a swimming pool, that had been neglected for over 10 years. They were very prompt, communicated very well, and did a very thorough job. Really glad we had it done, what a difference it makes, wished we hadn't waited so long.... thanks again, will definitely hire them in a couple of years!

First time doing business with Mike and Bristol County Sealing Company and It will definitely not be my last! I hired Mike and his team to wash and seal my driveway and walkway, which was not properly maintained. Mike came out to looked at the job and explained to me thoroughly what needed to be done. Mike Amaral sent me this email. It is a fabricated account of a business interaction. He could easily have just said he did not want to complete the project. Instead he turned it into a personal attack. I doubt he would have sent this message to a man. Judge for yourself if you are comfortable dealing with him.

We have decided to respectfully decline to take on your project. Our decision is based on a few reasons that we never experienced with any other customers in 14 years.

We not sure what you do or did, for a living, but we have never been treated by any customer, the way you were with us, when we had to reschedule your project based on weather, such as rain, temperature etc.

1. (Condescending-Disrespectful)You questioned why we did what we did, even after we explained that we were set back, behind on schedule based on weather, as we have several projects scheduled daily, after two days on rain, we can be 8 projects behind. You went on and on as if we were lying to you....

Additionally, each project is different and sun vs, shade matters....stamped concrete, exposed aggregate and regular concrete are different scenarios.

After a very unpleasant interaction, disrespectful tone directed at me, It was hard to continue to be respectful and wanted to get off the phone with you. You went on and on.

After explaining we’d get back to you on a reschedule date, once we were caught up, we received another call, a voicemail, this morning, with the tone. Really? It was a reminder of the first interaction, when with legitimate reason for rescheduling you project.

Our business is usually stress free and customers are kind, respectful and appreciate our communication and services provided. This makes it and unpleasant and impossible scenario for us to comfortable take on your project. … – show

We do schedule customers based on a first-come first-serve basis.You were very condescending and challenging in tone. Our customers appreciate us and what we do, how we do it and our genuine concern for them as customers. We chose to respectively decline to take on this project based on how the interaction went. Mike came to my house and gave me a price about sealing my pool deck. Seemed as if he knew what he was talking about so I went through with the project. Within a month he came as he said he would. I got home later that day to realize sealer was in my pool witch cost me money to fix. And he also missed many spots around the pool deck. When I called mike to inform him of this information. He made it seem as if it’s my fault that the job didn’t come out good and flipped out on me going on about ho w he has 30 years of experience and for me not to tell him how to do his job. Till this day he has not came and made things right as the job was done in the beginning of the year. I have gave him more than enough time to make it right. Please do yourself a favor and do not hire this contractor!!! … – show

Bristol County Sealing Company has been maintaining the stamped concrete areas (1,500 square feet) on my property for the past seven years. The company’s owner, Mike, is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of stamped concrete installation and maintenance, and has always been very responsive in providing detailed descriptions of the work required and the associated pricing. Additionally, the technicians on Mike’s staff are top notch. They have always been very meticulous and conscientious w hen servicing my concrete areas, and always ensure that I am completely satisfied with the finished product before leaving the property. The combination of the top quality materials that the company uses and their expertise in performing their tasks has always resulted in an appearance that is the envy of the neighborhood.

I hired Mike and his team to reseal my patio. Mike came out and looked at the job and explained to me what needed to be done, what they do and provided me a quote. Mike is clearly very knowledgeable and knows his business. Rubin and his helper came out and impressed me with the efficiency and high quality of their workmanship. They have pay excellent attention to detail and it shows in the finished product. Honestly, I was thinking of doing this job myself but I am glad I gave Mike and his team a try because they have the equipment, experience and knowledge that is needed to do this job right. Great job done by the guys at Bristol County Sealing Company. Prompt, professional and both my walk way and patio look brand new again. Great to hear the neighbors as they walked by commenting on how great it looked, and a few even thought the front walkway was newly installed.

They also went above and beyond by removing some wax that had fused into the patio from one of my daughter's wish lanterns! My highest recommendations!
