I can not say enough good about Karl Webster. He represented a custody case for a family member and I was afraid the case would be dragged out through many court appearances and delays. I watched as Karl was informing his client on options, was a calm and just genuinely easy person to talk to, for them. I heard how he was asking for information in advance preventing any last-minute worrisome experience. Being very uninformed about the process my family member was building confidence through Karl's explanation of the court process, questions that would be addressed, practicing questions with her, and even telling her to answer quickly and clearly with vocal volume. I was very impressed. He made it so much easier than I ever thought possible. On top of that, he was so prepared on behalf of his client and submitted everything to the court properly and in an organized way that the judge made a swift decision and settled in one court appearance! That is as efficient as I think it could ever be. Thank YOU on behalf of my family for presenting a case that the judge could resolve fairly for all parties so quickly. I'm very pleased, Ryan and Lisa kept what could have been a messy divorce, totally under control. I did everything from another state, filed in August, divorced in December. I was impressed with their response time to my emails, and Ryan kept me from doing some foolish things and behind every good lawyer is a great Paralegal Lisa Orr “Outstanding” great communicator. I have nothing but good things to say about this firm and everyone that I encountered, from the first phone call, through the office visits and many phone calls and emails along the way, I was treated with professionalism, kindness and compassion. This was the first time in my life that I found myself in need of legal counsel and I am glad I was paired with Peter and Kathy, they both responded quickly to my questions and calls and made the process of my Dissolution of my 33 year marriage as pa inless as it could be… considering the circumstances.

Karl Webster is wonderful! He is so knowledgeable and professional. His whole team was so organized and prepared it took a lot of stress off of me. I’m so happy with the way everything went I’m lucky to have found such a great attorney! I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Unfortunately they weren’t able to help me due to jurisdictional issues however they helped me with several options and even refunded my non-refundable consultation fee! Much appreciation from me for Ryan and the team here!

To start off, I hired Kevin but was never represented by him nor did I ever see or communicate with him again after the hiring appointment. So I would find out how that will work for you.

My experience with this law firm was pretty poor. I was set up for failure from the start. I was assigned an attorney that barely had any experience. She also quit to chance practice types right after my temporary orders hearing. I was not informed of the change until I tried emailing her. She did a very poor job at the orders hearing too. I would have done a far better job myself in court arguments.

So after that I was assigned a new attorney. This time I felt I had a little more representation but still never felt like anyone was listening to me. I was forced to submit my income at about much higher than my actual income for child support in order to avoid trial. When I tried to fight with my own attorney about it, I was told there wasn't much difference in the amount and to just accept it. The difference is from about $500 to about $250. That's a lot to me.

I was never informed of the date of my temporary orders hearing. I found out about it when it was canceled and rescheduled the day it was supposed to happen! I give a star for actually getting this thing settled before trial but I never once felt like anyone had my back over the year this all took place and that is the worst part. … – show

Sean was such a pleasure to work with! When reviewing a pre-nup agreement he was able to explain everything in a way I could follow and he was extremely timely in his responses!

Going through a divorce, regardless of your circumstances, is extremely stressful, scary, and full of unknowns. Kevin and his team made the process as simple and smooth as possible. Every member of his team, from reception on up to Kevin himself, was extremely warm and friendly, informative, professional, and communicative and made sure that everyone was on the same page through every step of the process. Jesen family law is the best. They are not after your money. They feel your pain and fight along side with you. Even with the order of protection against me that my ex used to get sole custody. My lawyer Peter Davis was able to get 3 days every week of child custody when my ex husband did not want me to have the kids at all. I was also granted joint decision making when it comes to my children. Peter Davis fought like a lion while asking questions to my ex husband. I am speechless and so great f ull to my Laywer.
