*July 30, 2023 RRC called and said “you can pick up the computer”, I said, what is the fee, he said
“Nothing you called to pick it up”. I said, “I did not call you”, my husband told RRC the problem with the computer again”. RRC ask, “What price do you want to spend on the computer?” My husband told him up to $300.00.
*August 25, 2023, I called RRC, the owner answered with his business title.
*I ask about my computer, he said it is ready, you can pick it up anytime. I am out of the office today.
*August 28, 2023 I called and again the owner answered with his business title.
*He said, “I am not in the office, I do not know how much you owe”
*August 30, 2023 I called again, ask what the fee was and if I could pick it up tomorrow.

*My opinion, when I called him in the beginning why didn’t he tell me, he could not fix extensive

*He charged up $20.00 for keeping the computer in his garage for over two months.

In addition, my son was also bullied by two children. Only when my son decided to fight back (albeit, physically, which was not appropriate), did the staff step in. When we addressed that bullying was occurring, MacKenzie’s response was to ignore this fact, even though getting to the root cause (the bullying) could have prevented my son’s reaction. Instead, only my son was asked to go home early and was not allowed to go back to camp the next day.
In addition, my son had an individual camper plan which was sent via email and also a printed copy in his backpack. The staff, including MacKenzie, claimed to be unaware of the plan and did not follow the plan once I reminded them of the plan.
Many of the counselors are very sweet and great with the kids. However, the camp needs to have a great director overseeing the camp to see improvement. My advice is to look at other YMCA camps before sending your children to YMCA Day Camp Heritage unless a new director is put in charge.

For many years a family member has sent me seasonal flower pots, Christmas trees, and other outdoor decorations as gifts. This person used to purchase these items from Linders; however, they recently decided to switch to Lilydale Garden Center.

. The Christmas trees and the tree stands were smaller, the trees would blow over, and the strands of lights were a mess - sometimes, a strand would even be out. I never complained. These were gifts, after all, and I appreciated the thought.
Unfortunately, the large flower pots I was gifted didn't last very long because I live in an area with a high deer population, and the deer eat all the flowers. I have tried to move the pots closer to my front door. Alas, the deer continue to eat them.
I don't have the heart to tell my relative to stop sending them. So, I have sold them for cheap and made someone else's day, given them away, or put them on my boyfriend's grave.
The florist, Jennifer, saw my advertisement in search of a new home for my summer pots this year and was offended.
First, she called my mother to "tattle" on me. Second, when I spoke to her, she threatened to call the family member who gifted me the flower pots. Third, she stated I was "a terrible person, and what I was doing was unethical."
I asked if she had ever received a gift that didn't suit her, and if so, I wondered if she told the person she didn't like said gift or if she accepted the gift with grace.
She replied, "This isn't about me, it's about you, and you are terrible and unethical.”

They rudely talked over me from the beginning, claimed USPS was lying and insinuated that I was lying as well. I've since provided them with picture proof. The postal worker expressed his concern over the bird due to it not making any noise, but was able to look in through the large tear on top and see a living bird.
Over the years I've had dozens of living things mailed to me, including feeder insects and plants. Those had boxes labeled as containing live animals or live plants and were securely taped without covering the majority of the holes. All in all this interaction was by far the worst I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing, from how poorly the bird was shipped to how absolutely deplorable their customer service is. We adopted a mill survivor from Underdog 3 1/2 years ago. It was the most rewarding experience ever! This rescue passed away at the age of 10. nothing in response) We expressed concern that this wasn't a good fit. The Underdog volunteer suggested we give them more time. We let the dogs walk around the room for a bit. They didn't warm up but didn't have any more negative interactions. The staff assured us things looked good and that initial aggression was normal. We took the dog home against our better judgement. Long story short, the rescue attacked our dog repeatedly. We kept the dogs in the same room but separated. Hoping they could get to know each other at a safe distance. The rescue lunged at our dog and pulled my husband with her. After 3 days, things were still escalating. We felt it was in the best interest of both dogs to return the rescue so she could get matched with a family that fit her needs better. Of course, Underdog refused to refund our money. (that in itself was very frustrating because the dog was specifically listed as getting along with other dogs.) However, the most frustrating part is that rescue was relisted on their website right away. The listing remains exactly the same--- "get's along well with other dogs." Wow! They seriously are setting this girl up for failure. After this experience, I read many, many negative reviews for Underdog. What I don't understand is the total lack of integrity of the director. How can you claim to want what is best for the rescues and then do this? How does she not have the integrity to say --- sometimes we get it wrong and we will make it right? It's just common sense, common courtesy and doing what is best for these precious little souls.

Cory and his team Josh were amazing! Both are strong advocates for the customer, meticulous in the installation of the flooring, hard working, barely time for lunch!! They were both so diligent in satisfying the consumer and providing an impeccably installed floor. So detail oriented, friendly, tolerant of all my questions. I cannot say enough positives about this company!

he was 'concerned'. This is completely uncalled for, as he was NEVER concerned for my well being, at all, and this is (AGAIN) discrimination.
They weren't concerned. If they were concerned, they would ask me if I was ok. Nope. Didn't do that.
They triggered my PTSD, and had me banned for over a year. All because my service dog was doing his job. The disabled can't control their disabilities.
We can't just shut off our anxiety, depression, ect.

my finished product would look in the color and style I picked out. I walked out feeling like I had the best salesperson in the whole store. He was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in me as a customer. I feel he went over and above the call of his position.

The non-veterinary staff at Blue Pearl are very kind, but the vet who handled our case was insistent, defensive and bullying. Our cat had been bitten by another animal with amputation of parts of his toes on one foot. The vet did not touch, or even closely examine his wound, but pronounced it "catastrophic" from a distance of several feet and stated

they would only perform wound cleaning and transfer him to orthopedic surgery for amputation of the entire foot in 48 hours, if he lived that long. Our wish was for him to have pain relief and be sedated for a thorough cleaning and examination to determination the extent of the injury. Because the vet was so hostile and impatient, making it clear he would not receive the care he needed, because the kitty had other health conditions, and because the nearest alternative emergency hospital was 250 miles away, we made the decision, under duress, to euthanize. After his death we were able to determine that the injury likely could have been treated with simple amputation of the toes at the first joint, if EMERGENCY surgery were performed. We wrongly assumed an emergency vet hospital would have that capability. We chose the wrong hospital. We were also charged a simply outrageous fee of $500 for a simple euthanasia, with no other care provided. The vet barely looked at our pet and did not lay hands on him or examine him. She treated him like an inanimate object. We chose not to complain or make any fuss in the moment, for the sake of our kitty's comfort and anxiety level. We made the decision to euthanize based on our anxiety for his pain level, and our wish not to subject him to an additional five hour drive in his condition (we had already transported him two hours). We would NEVER choose to use this clinic again under any circumstances. It was a very traumatic and regretful experience. The lack of emergency veterinary care in rural communities is becoming a true crisis, and even the worst of care, as demonstrated at Blue Pearl, is prohibitively expensive for most people.
