I had a very sore tooth and asked if they would squeeze me in. They did and even though I was a bit late, they spent plenty of time with me. Dr. Cahill was very supportive and listened to what I had to say. She examined my teeth thoroughly and took plenty of time to make sure she had the correct diagnosis. It eased my mind and helped me calm down.

Dr. Novak is a treasure. Her cosmetic work is the best I have seen and experienced. She is very thorough in her explanation of treatments and how certain options are personalized. She is always working in the best interest of her patients.

My first experience with this practice after having moved to Minnesota was an all-around great one. Staff was very professional and proficient, environment was friendly and welcoming, and great care was taken to accommodate patient’s needs.

The best dental office I have ever been too. The skill level is most impressive and everyone at the office is so friendly and makes you feel like you are a member of their family.

I have been going to this practice for almost 20 years. The entire group, from the doctors and hygienists to the administrative staff are always helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend, and have, this group to anyone.

I've been seeing Drs' McGill and Novak for years…Today was my first time with a new hygienist…just a delightful and painless visit. These folks are rock stars---You just cannot have a nicer experience. High marks from me, that's for sure.

About a year, year and a half ago, I went to Novak dentistry with the complaint that a filling had fallen out. They asked me which tooth I was having issues with as I sat in the chair, and I gave a detailed description of which one. Don't ask me how or why, but instead of just refilling the one I had an issue with and which was clearly no longer in the tooth, they removed the one I had next to it, refilled it, and then proceeded to charge me an egregious amount of money. With the anxiety I alrea dy have of the dentist only amplified by them making a mistake that directly affected my pocket book, I haven't been able to go back to one since. After this had happened, I had called the office quite upset. Their solution was not to offer me my money back, but to suggest I come back so that they could “fix their mistake.” The trust I had in them was broken, and I haven't been able to convince myself to return. I suppose things like this don't happen very often, and up until this point I had had a relatively good experience going there to get my teeth fixed. However, this is an unfixable blight that I felt needed to be noted. … – show
