    Waited 30 min past appt. time. No info as to how long I had to wait. Otherwise, Erin is excellent as well as Dr. Herbert.

    Rude and pretty shady with how they charged me.
    1. rude front desk lady who was annoyed when I came at the time of my appointment rather than 10 mins early to do paperwork. I told her i filled it out ahead of time and mailed it in, she was still rude until she found my completed paperwork I had mailed in.

    My family has been seeing Dr. Arnesen for over 25 years -as always my experience is superb! This is a state-of-the art facility with highly qualified dental professionals. I live over 40 miles away from this office — but the drive is worth it! Always, always satisfied with Dr. Arnesen and his team!

    We had a great experience with all of the staff here. My children (1, 3 and 6) felt comfortable and everyone was very patient and kind. I highly recommend them. We saw both Dr. Herbert and Dr. Endean. We were very happy with their knowledge and services.

    Everyone at Dr. Arnesen’s office is so wonderful for the whole family. I have been going to Arnesen’s office since I was s kid, and now my own children go here. They are to the point, don’t try to sell products or do more than what is necessary, and very honest. They are great with children and make the visit fun and not scary! I would highly recommend this office for all dental needs.

    Dr. Lee Ann Herbert is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is amazingly thorough and pain free. Whatever needs to be done she can do efficiently and expertly. I highly recommend her and her terrific staff.

    I am a new patient and felt immediately at home with this practice. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor was friendly and professional and the care was top notch. I highly recommend Arnesen Herbert DDS practice. I feel lucky to have found them!
