I was quoted 4k by a body shop for a dent caused by a baseball. The repair would have taken two weeks. These guys did the repair for a tenth of the cost and only took two hours. They pulled the dent out and you cannot tell it was ever there.

Had a light bulb changed and they charged me $41.44 without disclosure. Part was $2.50 shop supplies $3.75 and labor $35? It took minutes to change and I had an appointment. Never felt so ripped off by any auto shop before. Unbelievable!
