He proceeded to judge my friend and told her, oh well maybe you should stay out of trouble. She had run out of gas returned with gas and her vehicle was towed. I called, questioning why he never discussed the hours. I get hung up on 2x. Not only did we get judged by this individual. She was denied access to her car until , Monday. This individual was hateful, condisending he threatened to raise the fees as tho we were doing something wrong. This resulted in one person being left to handle most of the work, which unsurprisingly led to significant delays. Despite promises from the owner, Shawn, to come and assist, he failed to follow through.
Upon completion, numerous issues were evident. Broken tiles, unfinished quarter round trim, messy caulking around the doors, and unglued door transitions were just a few of the problems that were apparent. While the main employee attempted to rectify some of these issues, it was clear that an additional box of vinyl tiles was needed to properly complete the work.
I reached out to the owner, who assured me he would purchase the necessary materials and personally return to finish the job. Feeling reassured, I paid the remaining balance for the work. However, this proved to be a grave mistake. On the scheduled date, no one from Sublime Contracting showed up. After contacting the employee directly, I was informed that he no longer worked for the company.
When I attempted to communicate with the owner about when the work would be completed, his response was utterly disheartening. His statement, "Yes I did forget. Had a guy call in today again. We've been backed up for several months. We can't even complete the jobs we are on let alone coming back to them right now," shows a complete disregard for his customers and a severe lack of professionalism.
In light of this experience, I cannot recommend Sublime Contracting to anyone seeking contracting work. The level of unprofessionalism, poor workmanship, and disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by this company is simply unacceptable.

too many people for that condo and they want to know why two women are living together.” There were some other questions surrounding the reason why I needed to move so quickly. I was horrified to have to tell them what was happening to us but I did. We were approved finally.
Avery (son) and I moved in. My dad had a stroke so my mom stayed in Texas with him. My boyfriend, then friend, had cancer and was scheduled for surgery so we spoke and decided he could stay here to convalesce. I approved everything through Rybo beforehand. During this time, we decided to stay together. We asked Rybo for the information to make that happen a couple times since my mom was unable to come and there were so many people in this building living together. We never received it.
After Mike (bf) had surgery, we come home from the hospital to standing water in the kitchen sink. I put in a service request. Someone come out and unstopped the sink. It happened again. Another service request. A few people come out over the next several days. One of the contractors touched the pipes under the sink and one of the pipes disintegrated. Over the next few weeks were told by more than one contractor that Rybo was having a hard time paying for the repairs so they were on hold.
Repairs were completed approximately 7 weeks after the initial request. We were issued a credit for approximately 1/3 of our rent. We had spent so much money on food and throwing away food because of the kitchen, extra cleaning supplies so we didn’t ruin the bathtub, eating out to prevent going to Urgent Care for shots. I received a text from Greg after I contacted the owners (he told me to bc he could only issue the $1/3) and at the end of the text the comment was, “…you are setting a tone for renewing your lease when it expires this year.”
Shortly after that, we received two lease violations; one for noise and one for Mike still being here. The neighbors below us were fighting all the time, breaking things, screaming well into the night. I had to email Rybo regarding the violation for Mike living here because we had asked previously for information we do not have nor can we get from anyone other than a representative of the management company. I remember a lot of crying and a lot of panicking and pacing between emails and at some point I received a link. We filled it out, I think, immediately or as soon as we could. We never heard from Rybo regarding the matter again, nor did we receive an updated occupancy permit.
The ac for the unit below us started sounding like an air compressor. Our unit started getting hotter but I wasn’t overly concerned because it was getting hotter outside. Mike asked me to put in a service request for about three weeks because our condo was 86-88 degrees at night. I put in a service request finally around mid-May, I believe, initially. Received a response to check/change ac filter and change the batteries in the thermostat. When I went down to check the filter, it had not been changed since May of 2022. Avery and I moved in, I think around October or November of 2022. My thermostat did not have a battery. So we changed the filter and the temperature never changed at night.
After a while, I put in another request to have the carpet on the stair reattached as I has already fallen, unfortunately, and sustained an injury, to have the kitchen in my unit finished (paint) and to have the outside units cleaned to see if that would help. It did not, they did not reattach the carpet and my walls and cabinets are four different streaky colors to this day. I put in an update on the request just for the ac. One of the contractors explained that the unit below was so hot our coil wouldn’t stay cool so hot air was blowing in our unit. Our June electric bill was almost $250. Our July bill electric bill was almost $600.
What I read online is that when things such as this happen, the management company somehow works with the utility companies to get the tenants a credit on their bill. I do not know how that happens so I took the bills to Rybo and explained as best I could the increase in kW-h’s. Instead of receiving a notification from Rybo that the electric company would or would not issue a credit or that Rybo was still working on the issue, we received an email stating we have until September 30 to vacate the property, along with some other things regarding a short-term extension how to schedule a walk-through.

John replaced our shower assembly and at first, we thought we would be replacing the valve, but after he inspected it and we were able to fit the handle on the existing valve, it turned out to be a great solution. He was honest, thorough (even checked our pressure) and exceptional. I will definitely use him again - thumbs up.

Dropped my car off, waited eagerly for 1 week and could not be more excited to pick up my car after finally receiving the text saying she was ready. I go to retrieve my car and I was utterly devastated. Air pockets with visible dirt and particles trapped underneath the film, scratches from poor and irresponsible cutting of the film, scratches on the plastics, paint and close to sensors and cameras, and just the worst application of the film with shortened cuts that did not even cover portions of the vehicle and corners with no adhesion. After 4-5 days, this was the result. At this point, I will let my pictures do all the talking. I made numerous attempts to reach out and rectify the situation but it was to no avail. I feel scammed, and now I have to find a new car wrap detailer who can remove and redo everything because even as I write this, the corners of the wrap have started peeling worse, fraying, and becoming areas of dirt traps. Thought what started as a pleasant experience with friendly communication and quick responses, it quickly turned sour with shoddy workmanship, unjustified by the exorbitant high price tag, and long turn around time. Simply put, the quality of the work does not justify the cost and damages. I basically lost ~$2.3 and my time on this.

some sort of cheese sauce except extremely bland. Beneath at least 3 cups of whatever that was I found tiny little pieces of meat similar to cut up lunch meat. I don't think it was chicken. It was so salty I could not eat it. Probably chipped beef. I also found buried under the sauce several "canned" sliced mushrooms and a few onions. The Southern Chicken came with two sides. The sides were equivalent to 2-3 tablespoons. The mashed potatoes were instant. I choose cauliflower soup for the other side. It came in a 4 ounce tea cup. The soup was creamy dairy based and had lumps like cottage cheese and tasted very spoiled. Obviously microwaved without being stirred as there were hot and cold spots throughout the soup.
Overall, the roll was good (probably cooked elsewhere). I still left hungry and the only compensation I received was a refund on the chicken. I was still charged for the spoiled soup and the spoonful of potatoes, roll. Around $15.00 I left hoping I was not going to get very sick.

The car just got worse and on our road trip (900 miles from home), I took it to 2 other mechanics that diagnosed the issue as a burnt out spark plug wire that burnt out the coil.

He told my daughter he "cleaned it out and go put a can of seafoam in the gas tank, fill it up with premium and drive it like you stole it"... well that just made the car worse and now there is really nothing they can do other than to rebuild or replace the engine as there is something wrong with a valve, because of the wire.
Was not his fault, but he diagnosed it wrong and removed a part from my car that never needed to be removed. When his solution did not solve the problem, he should have sent me back to my mechanic to state that the catalytic converter was fine.
I have talked to Mark on 2 different occasions and he is not willing to accept responsibility for his mistake nor correct it by paying to have the car fixed properly.

Then when you call customer service, they just make excuses for what happened. They try to put the blame back on the customer. When I told them my availability, which was more than 30 days later unfortunately, they assumed I was not working with them, cancelled my ticket and returned the parts against my wishes. They operated only via text and never bothered to call to discuss. The number for text was "text only" because I tried to call them. I had to go back to Lowes to set up another appointment where they informed me that more than 30 days was a problem. However I asked Lowes to request that National hold the parts since I was willing to reschedule the appointment when the window was only 10 days. Lowes made the request but National denied it and is returned the parts and blackballed me because I was unable to take an appointment within 30 days. Based on the other reviews I see in Yelp they probably did me a favor.

This business was supposed to pick up our trash. They haven’t shown up for three weeks now. We have called twice, one time waiting in hold for over a half hour, the second time 27 minutes. We tried to get credit for the three weeks they missed. They said “no credits”. I tried to cancel. They said we are paid through the end of June. Again “no refunds”. This place is horrible and does not believe in customer service. Photo shows trash for a family of two for three weeks.

First payment - 1/3 of contract was paid and the work began.
The kitchen cabinets and bar cabinets were stained and looked great- 2nd of 3 contractual payments made. Painting was in process and not completed but the owner asked for part of the final payment and against better judgement wrote him another check. I trusted him. The painting was done except for the front door and touch up to fix things missed. Dwight wanted to wait on doing the front door until we had had several days of warmer weather and wanted to wait on touching up the issues we found when doing a walk through until floors, tile work, appliances and final lighting was done. But he still wanted the balance of the final payment. Again, against better judgement we trusted him and he was paid in full and he promised us that the work would be done.
All the flooring, tile and appliance installation was completed in December 2022. We asked Dwight to have his crew to come back in and finish up the touch up issues discovered on walk through. He told us the house had to be cleaned, make sure all dust was off walls and he would get his crew in to do the touch up. He could schedule the touch up but we had to scramble and hire a cleaning team to come in on short notice which cost us $500 but we were ready the next day he told us they would be there. They did not show, no call. My husband left messages both voice and text. Dwight would not return calls.
We received our temporary occupancy permit on 12/29/22 and started moving in. Continued to try to get Dwight to send his crew over to finish up the touch up. Finally the painter that runs the crew showed up. We had marked everything that needed touch up with blue tape as instructed by Dwight plus we had a list written up. There were several places on walls that needed to be sanded ( when you can see it first thing, then yes it needs to be fixed). The tape on windows and doors they had put up needed to be removed, back wall in pantry needed to be painted- just because you thought it should be tiled doesn't mean that's what we were going to do, doors and trim touch up. All he did was walk around cussing under his breath and then called Dwight to complain about our issues. Keep in mind these are the same issues that Dwight acknowledged would be fixed right before I handed him final payment. He fixed a few things and said he would be back the next day. He did not show up.
After at least a dozen messages from Dwight saying he would complete the work paid for, still nothing. Touch up and front door still not done. He continues to tell us he will be here and continues to no show. It is so disappointing to trust someone and have them not follow through with promises. If you do hire his company to do work, make sure work is completed to your satisfaction before final payment because he is not true to his word to finish what he was paid for. We have ended up doing many of the things he was contracted to do like rehang the interior doors that were taken down and painted by his company. We have touched up a few places like our pantry back splash. All we ever asked for was the job to be completed. I have pictures of their unprofessional work available and happy to share.
