    needed new glasses as the dollar readers just weren't doing the job anymore.. my thanks to the group at Treasure Valley Marketplace for being so kind and helpful with someone on a fixed income.. special thanks to Dr. Alan Sands.. kind, considerate and professional… a good experience all the way around… thanks everyone

    Avoid this place. My experience here was not a good one. Apparently you have to request to have dilation done to your eyes which is a standard during an eye exam anywhere else I have been. Anywhere I have gone before to get glasses they actually measure you with a device not draw with a marker on the glasses. This place is very amateur and unequipped with the state of the art equipment to get you taken care of properly. I feel that the employees were extremely lazy and out of shape. The eye doct – show

    Front door says fire arms prohibited yet they have no security inside. Felt very uncomfortable sitting there without my sidearm knowing they have no plan whatsoever if somebody walked in and started shooting. I mean things like that are happening nowadays. I will find somewhere else to go don’t feel like being a sitting duck again.

    Some of the staff were friendly, and I understand being short staffed right now, but dear god they need a new doctor! I’ve had vision issues since elementary school and at every optometrist I’ve been to they take the time to ensure that the lines their having you read and compare get to where there’s very little blurriness for an accurate prescription. Showing the same line twice for each eye, and again for each eye giving you one slightly better comparison, DOES NOT GIVE AN ACCURATE PRESCRIPTIO – show

    When I walked In I was acknowledged and greeted immediately by krystina. She was very helpful and made my experience with americas best a great experience. She had patience and understanding even when I was being indecisive! Thank you krystina!

    I first went here to renew my contacts prescription after we moved to the area. They have been very helpful and easy to work with and when I had an issue with my eyes their boise office got me in right away and helped me. My wife and I recently went to get glasses and her contacts and Justyce was extremely nice to work with.

    I think the girls name who helped me was Alex, that's what it says on the top of my receipt. Never have I ever felt so well taken care of other than at Disneyland/World. Alex was so nice, her energy was so calming and soothing. It seems as if me and her are very similar, which Is really cool because I felt like I was talking to the sister I never had. I wish Alex the absolute best in life and that she gets the raise that she clearly deserves! I had no clue she had only been working there for – show

    Today was one of many visits over the past 6 years to America's Best. They have always done a great job going the extra mile. Today, Savannah treated us with great hospitality. She took care of a paperwork issue that needed corrected for insurance.to be used. Savannah also helped us put together a package for 3 pairs of glasses for my son that cost us less than previous purchases.

    I went in yesterday with my dad to help translate for him and from the start everyone was so welcoming! The lady that preformed the exam before going to the doctor was super nice and kind. The doctor as well was very informed and tried so hard to speak Spanish to communicate with my dad, which my dad really appreciated.     They are not bad for the pricing. But they are horrible about being on time for their appointments they schedule. You will most likely wait an hour plus after your scheduled appt time. Here we sit 30 minutes after our scheduled appt time as I write this.

    Read reviews before calling. Positives & negatives but I had to have my own experience so I scheduled. Right away Ana was professional with me over the phone, answered all my questions. Went to my appointment 30min early and Celeste greeted me right away. To find out I had went the wrong day ‍ ️, but instead of sending me away they had an opening at the time I had showed up and took me in.     Have had a great experience here. Communicative when there was a line and responsive to concerns. Celeste and Brandolyn were both amiable when I picked up my glasses.

    I went in to have my daughter's eyes checked. All the staff was short with us like we were a bother even with an appt. They also billed me for out of network (seems to be a common issue) and tried to tell me they didn't take my insurance at all even when I have used it with them before. When it came time to pick up the glasses, I had to call the first time, was told only one pair came in on time. I went and picked them up and was told I'd receive a call when the other pair was in. 2 weeks later – show

    This place is a scam. They hardly checked my eyes before making a lazy prescription. When it came time to pay, they billed my insurance as out of network and made me pay extra. When I hassled them about it, they told me I needed to call the number THEIR STORE CALLS for customer support for insurance billing. I call the number and they say that only stores should call that number. I’ve been billed incorrectly and nobody is willing to make it right. Will not come back here—scam, scam, scam.
