All the people in amr were very helpful, worked hard and got to the roll over within minutes. They were great and I recommend them highly!. They got my 89 year. old Mom and myself to emergency quickly! They were great in everything they had to do and did. Keep up the great work. Thank you so much. OMG, she listened to me, not just looked at me and told me “well you could loose a few pounds and you should feel better” She made me feel like she wanted to be there. She has this motherly way of calm and healing about her. She makes sure she does EVERYTHING possible to help you.

orders a bunch of tests (if needed) to make sure she gets to the bottom of the problem(s). When I was in the room I felt like I was the only patient she had, she spent at least 35 minutes with me (what Dr. does that nowadays). She spoke to me in layman’s terms and answered every question I had. I felt like I was in charge of my health care. The next day her office called me to see if I had any questions I had thought of, so they could answer or pass them along to Melinda. Melinda Kozma is the best in my opinion. If your thinking about making an appointment, stop and just dial that number, you won’t be disappointed. I promise you that!
Advantages
Many good clothing pieces if you hunt thru the messy , crammed racks of clothes. Non owner sales people rude, and dressed for a low class mall. Very different store from that maintained by the charming previous owner.

Get rid of sloppy staff. They seem unaware of the fact they are in what was a very nice Taos shop.

I have had the worst customer service from this company in less than 24 hours. My vehicle was towed by them yesterday 11/10 around 4:40pm from the police department after being released from a drive by shooting that my family was unfortunately in the middle of. I called today 11/11 around 10:30 AM to ask about going in to retrieve my personal belongings and to release my vehicle to my insurance. I asked the lady that answered until what time I had to go in today. She clearly said all you

have to do is let us know at least 30 minutes ahead to make sure that someone's there. I requested to get off at 4 from work since I'm like 30 minutes away to go into their place. I called them again at 3:45 to let them know i was planning to be there atound 4:30 and the guy that answered was extremely rude. He clearly just said that they closed early because of the holiday that I had to go in on Monday. I was trying to explain what the lady told, that she did not specify the time. One of his statements was "that's not in discussion lady". He was very condescending and had no empathy whatsoever. It's not the fact that they closed early, it's how you treat people. He had no right to talk and act the way he did.
