    I sent them and email to book an appointment and they got back to me very quickly. I didn't end up going there but at least customer service seemed good.

    I did not know this salon before buying a Groupon for an hour massage and I had a great experience! Staff very friendly and welcoming, salon very clean. My masseuse Valentina was amazing. I had a blast! I would definitely go back again. Highly recommended.

    I have been going here for over 3 years and all of my friends go here now too! They do everything here! Always clean, relaxing, you get your own room, everyone is nice and the deals are great just please tip them well!!!

    Awful experience! DO NOT GO HERE! I purchased a haircut through LookBooker for $39. When I arrived at the salon I checked in with the receptionist who led me to the hairdresser who is going to cut my hair and he told me that the haircut did not come with a blowout but if I wanted to have my hair blown out he would charge me $55 total.     Only have one person working there on a daily basis. Cancel appointments an hour before you are scheduled because they “don't have enough people working” Showed up for my rescheduled appointment and told me it was much later then it actually was so couldn't take me once again. Unorganized and sloppy. Do not recommend.

    Love this place. Great service. Staff is very professional and clean. They also have good deals on the Brazilian waxing. For instance 3 auzlene Brazilian waxes go for $85.

    I came here because they have an amazing first-timer discount, but I highly recommend it for far more than that.

    The shop is very cute and stylish, the service is fast, kind and helpful, and did wonders on my hair. She gave me exactly heI was hoping for (and needed). She was kind and considerate to my wants and suggestions and gave my hair a great style, too.

    Definitely recommend her. If I wasn't moving in a week, I would make her my go-to stylist.

    Had a great experience. Had a facial and manicure special which I purchased thru Groupon. Maria (Polish) did my facial and it felt fantastic, I almost fell asleep, lol
    She was knowledgeable and informed me of everything she was doing. My manicure was done by Valentina and she did a great job also! Would definitely go back!

    If I could give this 0 stars, I would! Service and product was absolutely terrible. I paid a few extra bucks for the gel Shellac manicure that’s supposed to last AT LEAST 2 weeks – that’s definitely not the case. DO NOT purchase this deal or visit this salon.
    1 – I waited 45 minutes for someone to do my nails, even though there was NO ONE else waiting to get their nails done. The lady who helped me, went to service another customer for another product… hence why she was 45 minutes late to my app     … – show

    I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal at this Salon. My Groupon expires Tuesday and I called today for an appointment. I was unable to use laser hair removal until recently due to some health problems. They had no appointments available until Wednesday and they refused to extend the Groupon HALF A DAY! When I asked to speak to a manager the very rude receptionist refused and told me there was nothing they could do. I didn't think HALF A DAY would be such a big deal. They obviously do not … – show
