Highly Recommend!! Natalya was incredible! She was kind, informative and gentle. My skin is feeling & looking better than it has in years. I purchased the products she recommended and it has been really working well so far. The body wrap was great as well! I immediately noticed a difference. I can't wait to go back!

I ADORED my facial at Daphne. I saw Kasia for the European Facial, she checked in with me on what my skin concerns were, whether or not I wanted to do steam and extractions, and a history of my skin before starting. She chose fantastic products to use on me and described what treats what. I love being walked through what is being used on my skin and the benefits of each product. It was so relaxing and I felt so taken care of. I left the studio texting all my group chats they they have to go to D aphne for their next spa facials! Cannot wait to go back again! … – show

100% worth the money. I had chronic cystic acne for 2 months that a dermatologist couldn’t fix. My friends recommended Daphne. One facial and a few products recommended by the facialist has actually fixed my skin. Yes the products weren’t cheap but it was cheaper than the dermatologist (also it actually worked unlike the cortisol shots). Two days later, the cystic acne is 80% gone. For the reviewers who said the facial was “rough,” it’s called a face massage. It gets your blood and collagen goin g. Daphne is not playing around! … – show

I'm sorry to say after a friend's recommendation and a week of looking forward to my appointment, this place is not for me.
The storefront is inviting and the front desk person is sweet.
The rooms are cramped and the products smelled bad.
The technician was thorough but non-communicative. Her feedback on my skin was harsh and she only explained her process when I asked direct questions. Also, she reached down my robe to massage between my breasts without warning- I would have appreciated a check -in.
There was confusion with my initial booking so I emailed back and forth with someone. I specified my interest in the micro current facial. They booked me for a more expensive facial which did not include micro current. Unfortunately, this was not made clear to me until half way though my treatment so I spent a lot more than I had budgeted.
Of course I paid and tipped because the work was done, but their lack of communication cost me 100$.
If you're hardcore and want quiet, painful skincare then go for it- but right now I feel like this place beat me up and robbed me. … – show

For the price of the facial, I expected a better experience regarding their technical usage during extractions (i.e., everything with their hands and no usage of tools). I bought the recommended products for the consultation and it's hard to see results because the products smell horrible (which means they could be the best under the “no pain no gain” motto but my nose deserves better).

Hi! Not only is Daphne an amazing Waxer and her waxing treatments do not hurt because of her wax but her products have changed my life. I was suffering with crazy yeast imbalance. Getting yeast infections weekly (and also BV). No doctor treatments works. No over the counter worked and neither did suppositories that I tried from various drug store brands. I was telling Daphne during a wax about my problem. She recommended her Monoi De Tahiti Lavande beauty oil. To apply the oil to the area every day and my problems would go away. She was right and they did. I no longer have chronic yeast problems reoccurring and also I have not had to continue daily usage of the oil. I love it and it smells amazing and I am insistent of buying multiple boots so that I have it on me at all times but her product is so good it CURED my medical issue and I continue to use it for precaution and because I love it. Please/MUST buy. Everyone needs this in their medicine cabinet. … – show

Yuliya has transformed my skin. I cannot stop checking myself out whenever I pass a mirror. I saw results the first session and it's only gotten better now that I've been going regularly for the past three months. She knows exactly what your skin needs during treatment and gives the best product recommendations to continue the work at home. She is so calming and makes facials both relaxing and effective (her extractions are the best I have ever had).

This was the most positive waxing experience I've ever had! I've only ever had horrible where I'm left bruised and in pain, but Jennifer cared do deeply for me and my experience and it was a breeze. Jennifer has so much knowledge on how to alleviate pain down to the smallest details. Thank you love!!! See you soon!

I have been seeing Amy and Rose monthly for waxing since this location opened. They do a great job…quick and painless! I would definitely recommend European Wax Center to anyone!

I have been looking for a place like that in New York for a while.
Quiet and cozy space with an amazing staff. Can’t wait for my next appointment with Nataliya. She is magical. Yulia who works at the front desk is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all products they use.
I am so happy with my experience. Highly recommend it!

I love love love Daphne. All kind women here. Incredible facialists. The space is a quiet and cozy sanctuary. I’ve received my fair share of facials, but after discovering Daphne there’s no place else I’ll go. I hope they stay open my entire life!

This was my first time going to. Day Spa and I wasn't disappointed. Got the Burke Williams massage experience for 50 minutes and was very happy with the masseuse (I think her name was Sam). The locker rooms for the men was fully stocked with all the amenities you could possibly ask for at a day spa -- clean showers, sauna, steam room, hot jacuzzi.
