I am a MEMBER for facials. I came in for MICROWBLADE EYEBROWS with A GROUPON. They scanned my Groupon as soon as I arrived then told me I needed to pay another $130 if I wanted brown eyebrows, that the Groupon was only for red eyebrows. I asked them where it stated that and it was nowhere. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give one to me.
They also did a TERRIBLE job with my 2nd facial. It was supposed tobe for 1 hour 15 min. It lasted 35 minutes They never even steamed my face and I had p … – show

ieces of the mask stuck to my face when I returned home. They are rude as well. They need a course in customer service. I cancelled my facial membership and demanded a refund for the 5 facials I had left. They only refunded $200 and never refunded my $183 for the eyebrows. They told me to call Groupon. I wouldn't let them touch anyone's face after that experience. They will be out of business soon.

One of my favorite places to have a spa treatment. My girl is May and she is an amazingly thorough masseuse and super friendly too. They have affordable plans and a wide variety of options. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to freshen up their face with an organic facial or massage out those knots in their back. I'm a tattoo artist so I have five appointments ahead of me. I first went here because I found them on Groupon and now I have my own regimen with them. Definitely A++!
