I have the correct business. I live on the same street as this place and would never mistake it for anything else. Although your lashes will look beautiful when you first get them done this is definitely the shortest lasting lashes I have ever had. By BEGINNING week 2, (7 days in) the majority of the lashes on my right eye fell out and I looked like I needed an immediate fill on one eye. hone… No answer. I then sent an email with pictures… No answer. I did not want to go through the traditional way of booking online because it requires you to put down a 50% deposit when in my opinion the business should have covered the work for free since the lashes on my right eye Began to fall out almost immediately and significantly beyond natural lash shedding. To make matters worse it is my birthday month so I just had to make due because I refused to pay for a new complete set of lashes for 1 eye when the first set did not stand the test of time whatsoever. Not only did the lashes fall out but some of the lashes were actually glued to my eyelid skin instead of my existing lashes. This turned out to be very painful. I would not recommend patronizing a business that does not respond when you send an email with pictures as evidence that their work was not efficient. I even went the extra mile to not wet the lashes in the first 48 hours so I know it was not a result of user error.

  So I’m not too sure if this email went to spam for what reason this is my first time seeing your email. So sorry about that. I do want to let you know that I’ve tried to call you twice but it went to voicemail.
  
  I’ve looked into this matter I see that your appointment was September 28 and the email you sent us was dated October 19. That is 21 days after your appointment well over two weeks.

  to anyone or just simply go on Google and look up how long eyelashes extensions and when they start to fall out it can be as soon as one week of light shedding to two weeks it’s definitely time to refill.
  
  Eyelash extensions is a luxury service it takes maintenance it’s like highlights, it’s like a perm you have to constantly keep up with, it’s semi permanent.
  
  The price point of the service is based on the labor of attaching one single eyelash to one of your single eyelashes. Honestly at the time you wrote the email which is 21 days after you needed to get a refill at the mark of two weeks. Nothing would have been done for free.
  
  If within 48 hours even 72 hours of getting the service and your LASHES fell out like in the picture then absolutely we would redo them however that is not the case here.
  
  I find your review completely inaccurate and unfair. We are a small business, the technicians that are here, I am lucky to have because no one wants to work still to this day. I really don’t appreciate the slander, insensitivity. 21 days is excessive. It’s almost a month after your appointment which yes your lashes are exactly what it would look like at 21 days! You wouldn’t go to a restaurant 21 days after you ate there and ask them to make your food over again. If this was your business or your job you most definitely will understand and I would really appreciate if you removed your review from Google.
