It is an alternative to harsh scrubs for dry or dehydrated lips. You never even tried it. Had you done so, you might have actually liked it. How is a product you never tried, horrible?  Nevertheless, we courteously accepted it back and provided you a no-questions-asked refund. We stand by our position that, despite all these efforts, we're not a good fit for you, and that's okay. What's not okay is that, after all is said and done, our motives would be called into question. The greatest irony, though, is that a minority-owned, woman-owned small family business, whose staff is comprised of all races and backgrounds and identities, who believe that what we do for our clients is worth all the effort we can muster — that somehow, someone would so easily cast aspersions against us and our being, without even an inkling or shred of truth to it. That is truly, deeply shameful.
