So I visited this place with a prior appointment. First thing, they denied to do my nails on my arrival. Secondly, the entire staff was yelling at me and asking me why I couldn't come earlier (even though they had taken my appointment at 7 pm a week ago). Third, the person who was supposed to do my nails was super rude and said she cannot do my nails at all as she needs to go home on time.

I would not suggest going to this place if one wants to be a valued customer!!
One of the worst experiences ever!!

Upon walking in I was greeted with a warm welcome. It was during the week — so not busy at all. I wanted a pedicure & was assigned Coco. She did an awesome job… very patient. I had the Cucumber Spa Pedicure with the Callus Eliminator.

She certainly put in the effort to remove all the dead skin from my feet — super soft & smooth.
She gave me a shoulder massage while my toes were drying & even offered me a drink. She was certainly attentive the entire time. I didn't do any extravagant designs … – show

so can't speak on that part of the skill set.

From what I observed while my feet were soaking, the nail technicians try to please their customers by re- polishing if anyone smudges their nail or redoing it if they didn't like the color that was chosen…(I would have popped off with an attitude if I was a technician- some customers are just too much). They can be a bit pricey, but otherwise no complaints.
