    Unacceptable quality to be called “Russian manicure”.

    The russian mani is suppose to build structure on the nails by flipping your nails and filling the cuticle area neatly and making it look neat and strong. My nail tech was nice but she never did this. I paid $63 for a regular gel mani. Ridiculous. Im never coming back. There are much better salons who provide the full service. I hate my nails, the color and application came out so ugly. They’re flat, no structure.

    Absolutely phenomenal. This is probably my sixth or more manicure with them. I really cannot recommend them enough.

    I paid $80 for 'Signature Russian Gel Manicure', gel peeled off in 1 week (I was expecting it to last for 2—3 weeks for such a price). My nail plates were damaged (see photo after 1 month) by the way gel was applied.

    Overall manicure experience was painful. Master was in a rush to finish the manicure as my appointment was last on that day, was absolutely inattentive to detail, careless and was holding and treating my hand like a builder holds the hammer — very unpleasant and firm touches.

    Very poorly organized, consumer unfriendly and unprofessional business. Have strict appointment rules with CC info request, but no communication options for cancellation or any other concerns besides booking the service. They took my money and I can’t even get in touch with anyone who can clearly explain me why…. At least they should’ve have 5 different ways of contacting them through the email or web available to the client. Very disappointed ….Just a piece of advice : if you want to be – show

    I honestly don't think this type of manicure is safe. The person who did my nails made several rounds of filing each cuticle on top of cutting it with the nippers. After the procedure, except for my right thumb, every single cuticle was raw and damaged (like bleeding damaged). I was in A LOT of pain for several days, which I've never experiences before. Over a month later and I still feel pain in the nail bed. I am a patient person, but this procedure felt more like a torture. I much rather opt – show

    Awful salon with a self centered owner LANA!
    Expensive, dirty, unprofessional receptionists.

    After decades is searching for a perfect nails salon I have finally found it, or so I thought!
    However, after many services here with both esthetician and nail technicians I was extremely disappointed with how management treats its customers.

    Lana (the owner) DOES NOT care about the quality of her salon and about you as her bailies customer, But only about overcharging her clients for service that is JUST OKAY!

    I do like how manicures and pedicures are done her especially by Anna BUT I booked with them to get a manicure done a today and lost my appointment because I booked it with the old system which was really inconvenient. If customers booked using the old system then why weren’t those appointments transferred over to the new booking system and/or why weren’t the customers notified of such changes to make another appointment available? When I called about it, nothing could be done to accommodate me. – show

    All technicians are very professional! My 1st mani and pedi last for a 4 weeks with no chips on my nail polish. I went back for a new mani/pedi and it came up beautiful again. I like how they remove cuticles with machines and I like that they apply nail polish very close to skin with no gaps. Also they use machines to remove gel. This technique doesn’t damage my nails and I grow them very long. I would highly recommend this place!

    Honestly one of the best manicure and pedicure I’ve had recently. They are very clean and meticulous. The environment is very relaxed and chill. I highly recommend.

    If I could give no stars I would.
    I have been to this place before and they did a good job. However, when I made my next appointment, I woke up that day with sore throat, and aches. I called first thing in the morning to let them know I could not make my appointment because I would be exposing people to whatever I had (god forbid it be COVID). I knew they wouldn't be open but I figured I would leave a voicemail and/or text them. Well, their voice mailbox isn't set up so I couldn't leave a voice
