    I’ve been going here for years. I started after having rotator cuff surgery and couldn’t do my hair. Juana was the stylist that helped me that day years ago. I continued going for months through my physical therapy. Juana is just the sweetest and most kind hearted hair dresser I’ve ever gone to and I’m over 50. This was two years ago and I still only will go to Juana at the University Place location to cut my hair and blow it out. If she’s not there..I will wait until she is there. I have to st … – show

    I went to this supercuts about 5 years ago for a haircut and received a bad hair cut and never went back. Due to Covid and proximity, I decided to give them another chance and go. This time it was worse! I had* very long hair with dead ends and wanted to trim off the ends. I requested that the stylist follows the same hair cut that I already had. I loved the way my hair was already styled, I just needed the ends gone and knew it would be at least a 2 inch chop. Once they started cutting I knew I … – show

    Unprofessional and doesn’t know how to cut hair. Worst experience of my life. I’m embarrassed to look in the mirror and see my haircut. Terrible place. Wish there was a way to put 0 stars. Women should stick to cutting women’s hair. The workers here don’t know how to follow simple requests.

    Very simple cut. Worst I've ever had. Couldn't do a fade or even a straight line. I had to have my wife try and fix it with sowing scissors so I could go out in public.

    Absolutely a fantastic experience. Jess my hairstylist is outstanding. She took the time to listen to me and colored my hair exactly how I wanted it done. Highly recommend!!

    Been here a few times, and it's always a pleasure! Every stylist I've had is nice, chatty if you're chatty and quiet if you're quiet, and opposed to many places in the city, they don't try to sell me stuff during the cut! Highly recommend!!

    I have been here before pre-COVID and had a great experience and today also had a great experience.

    I fet safe getting my hair cut — all COVID precautions were required and taken.

    Jessica cut my hair and she is awesome — she did a great job, she is kind, and i will definitely be coming back!

    Asked for a classic Greaser style pompadour, commonly called the elvis. The result was a haircut that laid down in two days and I was charged $33 for this. Definitely would not recommend.

    Honestly this is my bad I should’ve known better than to go to a place like this.
    I just wanted to trim my bangs how hard can that be? Well apparently very hard my bangs look ridiculous short on one side longer and the other And totally uneven in the middle I mean how hard is it to cut straight?!
    Anyways avoid at all costs.
