The door was locked and we weren't greeted right away BUT this was literally such a minimal “problem”. We called beforehand letting them know we'd be 30min late and they didn't have a problem with it. Wonderful!
They honored the Groupon deal price in store, which made our experience stellar. We were given private rooms next to one another. Maggie was my aesthetician, doing my facial & WOW she is fantastic. Her attention to detail, her care, and methods literally put me to sleep (in the best way). She has hands of gold & my face feels AMAZING. I can't remember the last time i looked THIS GOOD & my face this healthy.
Following my 70min facial (she exceeded time & i loved every additional moment) i had a 60minute massage with Judy. She had very strong hands and really worked to get the knots out of my tight shoulders and lower back. Instead of the typical soft hands you receive with other massages, Judy was strong the whole way through and left me sore but completely relaxed. I couldn't thank her enough.
Unfortunately for me, i live in California BUT my sister will certainly be returning here & anytime i am back in town, i will be coming back for another facial/massage. Skip the other spas in town and come here! … – show
