Bay Club Swim & Fitness Center instructors realize that frequent swimming builds stamina, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. That is the reason they crafted swim class curriculum to help students of all ages and skill grade master the five basic developmental components of swimming: technique, comfort, speed, coordination, endurance. Swimming is a low intensive activity that may work as cross-training constituent or a major part of your ordinary fitness plan. If you have a necessity in it, you may ask for personal training sessions or just swim on your own.

Called and was told this was a private club not public and does not have membership as what pops up when looking for a gym with a pool
