I have an active family, demanding work schedule, and little time for myself. Nonetheless, I wanted to improve my strength and agility. Dia definitely delivers!
She is tough, but patient, and showed me the necessary corrective exercises to begin my workout journey. Once underway, Dia's workouts are creative and effective. As the workout challenges increase, so do the gains.
I am glad to have a personable, and motivating trainer to properly guide me through my workout journey. Thank you Dia.

I’ve been having personal training sessions with Dia for years and I can’t believe how strong I’ve gotten! I was never able to really squat down low and it’s the best in my lifetime. I really appreciate that she works on correcting problems with mobility in addition to helping with weight loss. Highly recommend!!!
