This is one kickass workout. I love the slow burn of SLT as is but when you add the treadmill it’s a whole other ball game. Was definitely sore for 2 days and I loved it

Honestly cannot imagine a more perfect workout. The combo of cardio and megaformer covers all bases and left me feeling strong and invigorated. The studio is beautiful, thoughtfully done, and full of amenities, making the entire experience enjoyable.
