    The Floor is an incredible space! Jamie is such an affirming ray of light. She is so supportive and knowledgeable. Even as a SUPER beginner, she was able to tailor my class amidst others who were much more experienced, ensuring that I had proper form to prevent injury and to protect a few vulnerable joints she had made a point to ask me about before the class.

    Moreover, the community here is so positive and welcoming. I’d recommend The Floor to anyone!
