This is one kickass workout. I love the slow burn of SLT as is but when you add the treadmill it’s a whole other ball game. Was definitely sore for 2 days and I loved it

Stopped in for a Pilates class. Cute little studio, very nice staff and an amazing instructor. I take a lot of Pilates classes and this was one of the best I've had. Looking forward to coming again.
