Huge pool and small but well outfitted fitness center, only one bench press area, but given the older clientele, usually it's unused.

Beautiful yoga place for the whole family, geared for the kids. A welcome addition to the neighborhood!

Manhattan youth has a terrific staff and is a great spot for little kids in the cold winter. Swim, basketball, and dance are some of our son's favorites.
