My child has been attending Kiddie Academy for about a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the care and education he has received. The staff are kind, caring, and highly trained, and they have created a warm and nurturing environment where my child feels safe and supported.
The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the daily schedule is well-organized and engaging. My child has come so far in his development, and I know that it is in no small part due to the wonderful education and care he has received at Kiddie Academy.
I would highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a high-quality, supportive environment for their child. The staff are truly amazing, and I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for my child to learn and grow.… – show

Just off the top of my head… — Communication is very good — Staff are very friendly both to us and to our child, she loves her 3K teachers and talks about them at home all the time — She is clearly learning a lot but it doesn't feel overly pedagogical or stuffy. I am often asking her where she picked up a new bit of info or skill that wasn't from me, and she always says 'at Kiddie Academy' — The sense of community they are fostering is very important to me and clearly is to them too — The space itself is clean and bright… – show

The admin team and the teachers are what make our childcare experience better than we could've hoped for. The staff is full of love, care, compassion. They keep us informed but don't overload us. They have the best interests of kids and parents in mind at all times. The caregiving and curriculum are thoughtful and engaging. If I have any complaints they aren't necessarily specific to Kiddie Academy's control — I wish the start/end time were more flexible because I'm terrible at morning and my pre-kid workday did not end at 5pm. On the flipside I wish I didn't have to subject my babies to the rat race of 9a-5p at such a young age. I also wish the first floor offered natural light and more opportunity for fresh air (like open windows). Lastly, having a child with many food allergies means we pack a full lunchbox (breakfast, lunch, snack) everyday just in case he can't eat what's being served — the safety of my son comes first and the admin staff and teachers have been an amazing support but it's an added layer of complexity day-in and out.… – show

My kids math isn’t the strongest. The teacher here is considerate and know how to enage my kid. He went from a C- in math to B+ in few weeks.
We appreciate your positive feedback, Malaysia! We are thrilled to hear that your son is thriving in our program at Kiddie Academy of Williamsburg! We are excited to watch him grow!

We love KA of Williamsburg! Our toddler has been here for over a year now and is thriving. The teachers are wonderful and caring, and the management is organized, friendly and pretty much on top of it. Great open communication. We plan to have our little one at KA of Williamsburg for a few more years.
Hi Oana, thank you for your kind words! We are so happy to hear you have had such a great experience with our team members and will be sure to relay your message to them! We look forward to serving your family for many years to come!

Our little one has been going to KAW since he was 4-months old, and has flourished since! He is so loved & well taken care of everyday, that he comes home smiling, talkative & excited to try new things.
The teachers and administrators are wonderful, warm & most are parents themselves. We love their quick response to any questions/checking in on our little one. Plus, their daily reports exemplify consistency and organization.
At pick-up, you see so many kids coming out happy, and their teachers available to communicate any highlights of the day to the parent(s).
We truly love this place & highly recommend it!… – show
All feedbacks are valuable to us however we are not able to verify you as a parent from our school.

We have had a great experience at KA! The teachers and staff are so welcoming and caring. They made it such a smooth transition for us into their community, and we've had such an enriching time there. Howard has been wonderful to work with. Thank you so much, KA family! Highly recommend.

Amazing teachers and administrators. My daughter started attending when she was 2 years old and has thrived. The communication from her teachers and administration has always been consistent. I can drop her off every day knowing she is in a loving and safe environment where she is learning.
They provide healthy snacks and lunch, which is a huge because many places do not provide this. Overall, EXTREMELY happy with our experience here.

Curriculum is shallow and unsubstantial, mainly centered around meal and play time, with little to no learning compared to other schools our family is now considering for our child. My wife and I have noticed teachers go in and out within a matter of weeks throughout the school year, disrupting whatever learning--especially social/emotional as it relates to teacher bonds--takes place. Special needs children seem overlooked. Squeaky clean school facades a subpar education for your kid with alarmingly high employee turnover rates. Parent communication happens on Tadpole, a non-user friendly, seemingly outdated, 2 star iTunes reviewed app that teachers don’t even use consistently. CEO of what is clearly a franchise has no background in education, so I can't believe he's really invested in the kids' growth, and the principal seems unpredictable and scattered. Consider elsewhere.… – show
Tim, we couldn’t verify you as a current enrolled family but thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Our number one priority is to provide high-quality care in a safe environment and all customer feedback helps us to uphold this commitment to our community. We invite you to call us or come in to the office to speak more about our program. We are so proud to have a great team of teachers and they have all been with us since we re-open post Covid. While healthy meals and physical activities are a vital part of our daily routine, Our teachers lesson plan tirelessly to ensure our children are fully engaged in educational activities. Our admin team is highly qualified and are dedicated to making sure our children are flourishing.… – show
Wow, this is the best compliment we have received. We are deeply moved and motivated to serve our families with all our best. We are so happy that you have share your son with us.

My review is about our relationship at the end. Usually, our agreement was until the end of August, but they told us we could still send our kids for a daily rate. For six days, it was quoted $954. I need to send my kids and pay that because I am a Contractor hourly worker.
September 1st, they called us even before lunch and said they have covid + case we need to pick up our twins. And the same day was my twins’ birthday. We prepare goodie bags, cake etc. I understand they couldn’t cut the cake because of the emergency, but they gave all the goodie bags away, not even sing happy birthday to my twins. Nobody thanked them for goodie bags, As you can imagine, but the kids were so upset. They were asking me, “why everyone's birthday cake is cut but not ours.”
Going back to the remaining days, they told us the school had to shut down for 14 days. I just paid six days for nothing. I basically paid $954 for half-day because they refused to refund me. I understand the circumstances if we are their ongoing family, of course, I can’t ask that for a day's refund. But I only made payment for the 14 days shut down period. It’s beyond unfair to pay $954 for a half-day. I paid for the service I didn’t receive. The worst part is I only paid that money to be able to work for my hourly job. I spent almost my week and was not able to work for the time being.
The school gave us a discount eight months ago, and with not refunding my payment for the last six days they found a way to get back that discount.
Edit to response: It is in your Hand to refund. I don’t think the Department of Health tells not to refund people in my situation… – show
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review Bktrl. We strive to provide the best service and maintain the health and safety for our families and staff. The closure was mandated by Department of Health in accordance to the city COVID guidelines and was outside of our control. Although the birthday celebrations were planned, it was unfortunate that the events coincided. We prioritized the health and safety of all the children and our staff in light of the emergency. It is disappointing that we couldn’t continue the relationship under our agreed terms.… – show

Kiddie Academy has the best managers and teachers. They are all very kind, caring and loving. The owner is also very thoughtful and kind. It is very obvious that everyone does their best to give the best care possible. The school is clean. They provide great snacks and healthy food to kids. I like that how everyone always has a very positive attitude and welcomes you with a great smile on their faces. It is obvious that staff is happy there so they reflect that to our children. My daughter developed great behaviors at Kiddie Academy. Overall we are really happy to be part of this family.… – show

Do not enroll your child here unless you read the terms and conditions of their enrollment agreement carefully and understand what you are agreeing to. We did not enroll our child as Kiddie Academy tried to get us to sign an outrageous contract, then refused to negotiate when we pointed out that their contract required us to defend their franchise in court from any lawsuit, regardless of whether we were responsible for them being sued. If you do not have access to a lawyer, I suggest you read the contract carefully and make sure you understand what you are agreeing to before enrolling your child here.… – show
