Please stay away from this place. I picked up my son with unexplained bruises and no one wanted to tell us what happened. Even his “teacher” Cindy Cardenas didn't want to talk to us and the owner Mr. Wu just kept an unacceptable version. They are not trained to take care of children.
The same thing happened in the Fresh Meadow location with another kid, you can go and see the review.
It’s NOT a safe place for children. 0 stars!

My daughter graduated happily from New Milestone this summer after a year and a half there. I am grateful that New Milestone allowed us to have a “normal” life during the pandemic! I saw great effort to make that a possibility and appreciate all the extra steps. We all learned new things from the journey there and made friends who we still in touch.
