    The office is so disorganized. The techs are rude. The other patients are crazy. They didn't know whether they had my correct test results for my cataract lens measurement but they were ready to go ahead with the surgery anyway. Confusion over the insurance, conflicting prices, way too many calls back and forth, I lost faith. I canceled my surgery. I will find another specialist.

    The office is the most professional staff and every instrument and testing machine is always disinfected and prepared for the next patient. This office runs in this way because of the exceptional expectations of Dr Prince. He is tops in his field of expertise and it is worth all the travel time to reach his location. Thank you Dr. Prince for the many, many years of great service and great care.

    Dr. Prince has been treating my glaucoma for over 25 years. He is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. He performed a very difficult surgery on me 20 years ago that saved the little bit of sight I have left. He is kind, patient and he takes the time to explain everything. He is the best and I highly recommend him!

    This was my first visit to Doctor Prince. His staff members were courteous, skilled, and efficient. I had other experiences with ophthalmologists that were horrifying. Doctor Prince made me feel totally at ease and explained what was going on in detail that was easy to understand. I feel totally comfortable with all that he is doing to help me see better. By the way, he was recommended by a friend who had an outstanding experience with him in regard to her cataracts.

    First time seeing Dr. Prince. The staff is so nice and professional. I got an appointment quickly, as they took into account that I needed to be seen as soon as possible. They were thorough too. Did full eye exam and dilated pupils. I came in for something else. Dr. Prince is a very personable, knowledgeable and down-to-earth doctor. He addressed my issue and put me at ease in dealing with it. I only went this one time but based on my experience I’d recommend. First impressions are lasting!

    I've been Dr. Prince's patient for a very long time. I am very pleased with the care I've received over the years. His staff is always polite, efficient and caring. I highly recommend his practice.

    The office space is small and noisy with construction going on outside.
    There were a lot of patients in the waiting room.
    Gino and Aaron were polite and informative.
    Thank you Aaron for the eye drop info.
    Dr. Prince never makes you feel as if he is rushing you out and answers questions.
