    Unprofessional and unresponsive. NPs give differing information especially about prescriptions. Look elsewhere

    I've been a patient of Dr. Raffinan's office for yeas and have always had a pleasant experience. However recently when I tried to get a refill that requires prior authorization, I was unable to get help from his office for a week. It went from “your address is incorrect” to “can't find your records with insurance company” to “medical assistant is not available to call back” to front desks straight up declining my calls (I'm fully insured and never had an issue in the past).     All that doctor money and he charges me a 100$ no show fee when my work comes up. Be prepared to get screwed.

    One of the best Dr.’s visits in my life. He was patient, seemed interested in what I had to say, not rushed at all, answered all my questions, and was a super nice guy! Will be my primary care doctor until I’m not local anymore.

    I have been a patient of Dr. Raffinan's for many many years. He feels like an old school doctor who takes as much time as you need to answer questions, discuss different options for treatments and to see how you're doing on multiple levels. He takes notes throughout notes but stays connected to you as he's doing so. I trust him and am thankful to have him as my primary physician.

    I feel really lucky to have been sent to Dr. Raffinan.He is an incredibly thoughtful listener and has a holistic approach to health that makes a lot of sense to me. He is kind, professional and thorough, engaged and relatable. I'm feeling very lucky to have found him for my new GP.

    Dr. Raffinan is one of the rare medical professionals who delves deeper into your basic health. Diet. Exercise. He is a very nice and compassionate man, while being extremely competent.
