Public restrooms in New York City

City needs more restrooms. I give this 2 stars because this is better than the sidewalk

SUPER CLEAN!!! EVERYTIME.. I used capital letters because people don't know or don't think that this public restroom W.C. as Europeans calls it turns out to be super clean easy time.
