    NestApple was instrumental in helping us sell 2 apartments in Manhattan in 2022. We used their service every step of the way: they provided us with a contractor for minor upgrades, a photographer, and gave us great perspective on pricing.     The most incredible brokers in NY! They helped us sell two flats within a year. They were always available when we had questions, stayed by our side during the entire process. Gave us tones of advice on staging, price evaluation, lawyers recommendation. They are real experts. I strongly recommend!

    This was our first time buying a Co-Op in NYC and Nicole and George made it such an incredible experience. Their advice, suggestions and recommendations helped us in every step of the process. They are very transparent, prompt, responsive and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone, and yes they provide broker commission rebate immediately after closing!

    Georges and Nicole are the absolute best! They helped us through our process of buying our first co-op in NYC, which was a long and daunting task, but they guided us through each step of the way with ease.     We had a great experience with Nest Apple. We bought our home and received our rebate within days after closing. They were very professional and always did exactly what they said they would do. Nest Apple seems like it’s too good to be true, but they are the real deal!

    A truly dedicated real estate team who worked very closely with us, as we navigated negotiation and then board application and closing- all for a reduced fee: they only charged us 1/3 of the fee that other realtors will charge. We highly recommend them- and they are a pleasure to work with!

    What makes NestApple unique is they acknowledge buyers are doing their own searching on streeteasy, and the% NYC agents charge is arbitrary.     I had an incredible experience with Nicole and Georges — and they weren’t even my agents!! I puchased my first apartment from one of their sellers and they were transparent, practical, thoughtful and just an all-around pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend NestApple highly enough, especially given the cutthroat nature of the market these days. You won’t regret it!!

    What a great deal! And despite getting a check themselves on closing day, they wired the cash back immediately within hours. Nice touch, thanks Georges! They booked as many appointments as I asked them to. They even encouraged me to see more apartments but no pressure as I looked on and off for almost a year.

    NestApple is the real deal, Nicole helped us sell our apartment. All of the selling process was as usual as any broker with the huge difference that we close the deal with some extra money in our pocket. Looking forward to working with them again. Highly recommended!

    What a great experience! The process for purchasing an apartment (first time owner in NYC!) was smooth and efficient, thanks to Nicole's experience and ongoing good advice. Nicole is reliable, reactive and professional. In addition, the economics with NestApple are really amazing, as they give you a substantial rebate on their broker fee. Just the best deal out there.
