Rachel took our deposit and never delivered her service despite the contractual obligations and trying to work with her to be flexible through the pandemic. She refused to refund any of the deposit when we had to cancel the wedding due to our venue unable to host us due to COVID19. No services were ever delivered and no options for refund were given, she is a complete scam artist double dipping in keeping deposits for canceled events and … – show
Even when we offered options to reschedule at a different venue- she refused — we even proposed an option to let her keep some deposit- she also refused, NO SERVICES were delivered and $0 were ever used to do anything for us!
The owner kept thousands of dollars when no services were delivered then claimed that she needs to keep our money because she is a minority woman owned business.
Never use Bride and Blossom, they will waste your time and steal your money!!!!
UPDATE: the owner is now threatening my family and I for posting the honest truth about what she has done to us. She is holding thousands of dollars hostage for undelivered services. We are reporting this business to the authorities and Better Business Bureau for the threats, false claims and lies.
Our team put a great detail of effort and resources spanning 2 year … – show
She and her mother attempted to extort our business by saying that they would defame our reputation if we did not give in to their demands. Like most in our hard hit event industry, we offered her a full credit on file until the end of 2023 and also offered the ability to transfer the deposit to another couple. She declined both offers. Our business suffered extreme loss during Covid and was down by over 90% for nearly 1.5 years. Contrary to her false assertions that we received substantial government aid this is simply not the case as aid was based on employee count and to cover payroll for a total of 5 months. We have a small team and use many independent contractors that were ineligible to claim. The aid received accounted for a tiny percentage of the revenue loss that plunged our business into distress. We have been struggling to stay afloat and rebuild our 12 years old minority and woman owned business that also provides work to those in low income areas.
