Dave and joe are patient, knowledgeable and kind. Dave truly knows biomechanics and skating. He is terrific at fitting boots and custom orthotics. He is incredibly generous and kind and I would not go any other place. He is our main skate guy! Known throughout thr skating community and as far west as we have traveled to Ohio for excel nationals. His reputation is sparkling everywhere.
His clothing for figure skating has blossomed and has incredible t shirts for young figure skaters that are cla … – show

ssic and a fantastic price. Like all skate clothing, face it, skating is an expensive sport and it is expensive to buy clothes but well worth it.
At west side skate there is only quality.
Both in personality and in gear.

When you were in Manhattan, I had a custom mount done, the top of the line Riedell guad/roller skate plate mounted to a boot made in Canada, I believe it may have been done by David Healy himself. IT CHANGED MY GAME!!! THANK YOU
I'm still using the skates, people can't believe how smooth and accurate I flow!!! I need another mount now, my boots are giving. please tell me you still do figure roller skate mounting?

  Sal — Yes we do install figure skate blades and I can and will mount plates too, thank you for your kind review. WSS moved to the CIP in LIC in March of 2019. To mount a quad plate onto boots you would need to drop them off or ship them to WSS the soonest turnaround would be about 3—4 business days to complete.
