Remote cardio ballet classes at The Ballet Spot have been a great way to destress and have fun while getting a workout in. They're fun, accessible, and low pressure, and I can feel my strength, flexibility, and balance all improving. I remember taking an adult beginning ballet class through a different school as a teenager and it was…boring. And not much of a workout. But classes here seem to have hit on a much better formula for ballet for adult learners — they're lively and energetic, so you … – show

'll be sure to get your heart-rate up, and by the end of an hour-long class you'll have learned a short combination, so you get to dance to beautiful music and feel moderately graceful doing it (which is really what we all want from a workout, I suspect). Highly recommend!

I have not danced in 15 years. Class with Christine was amazing! She is a wonderful and patient instructor. I will return!
