Called in the morning for 6 photos to be printed, sent in email, and said I’d come pickup in the afternoon. Was informed it’ll have to take half an hour once I walked in store, and it actually took over an hour.

Went there at 2pm just to print a letter size photo, they told me to come back at 3pm. I went back there at 3, they told me it’s not ready because they are too busy. So i sat there until 4 and finally got my photo. Then I asked the lady the trim the photo for me, she said no, then I told her I can pay…then she cut it and kind of messed up the picture. Then she charged me a dollar for that. Lol. Speechless, I guess I will never go back there again. I totally support local business but not when y – show

    Be careful — too expensive!
It takes $25 for one passport photo! (digital or printed)
(at CVS/Walgreen it only takes ~$15)

literally the best place i've ever been. the lady who works there, chunika kesh, she is an absolute angel. sent from god directly. the sweetest woman i've ever met. she is so helpful and was able to help me fix my shutter on my film camera.
you get the photos digitized and emailed back to you super fast for such a great price. you can also go back in to get your negatives. i would literally never go anywhere else.

Very pleased with the scans and service! For us it was a 2-day turnaround, and we received the photos via email.

I love this photoshop. I get my film developed, they scan it and email it to me in hours. They also print them for me. Best pricing in town.
Also, I love the people in this shop. So sweet.

Went there to get my disappear camera developed and they got it done in a day. Very affordable!!

Very expensive for black and white film $11 a roll compared to B&H where it’s 6—8$ a roll

Wonderful place! Costumers are super nice, price are very low and they're super fast! (received my negative in couple of hours on wetransfer). -only cash. recommended!!

  • March 15, 2021, 8:15 pm
I love this place! Such kind people working here who are always willing to spend a little extra time to help explain or walk you through things. Fairly priced and turn around is so quick. Cash only!

My new go to for getting film developed, scanned and printed. Staff is really sweet and make good convo while you’re dropping things off or picking up. They also hold on to your negatives for a while so no rush to grab them. Scans almost always come within 1-2hrs by email which is clutch. The prints are awesome too, excellent quality overall and I’ve framed a few of my favourite pictures I got developed here already. Pricing is fair for all the services I get. I’ve been coming here for over a year now. Friendly staff + fast and reliable service! They keep my negatives well even if sometimes it takes me a few months to come pick them up during the quarantine.
  • February 6, 2021, 11:03 pm
Fast and friendly service, I’ve never had any problems — been getting 35 and 120 done since last year. It’s cash only.
  • January 21, 2021, 3:35 pm
Convenient! No issues developing 35mm film here for months.
  • January 14, 2021, 2:27 am
If you are looking for a high-quality scan of images don't go there! They have scanned my pictures in low quality and now I have to go to a different place to get them scanned again! It's a waist of time and money
  • December 22, 2020, 1:52 am
helpful staff, quick turnaround, cheapest film development in the city.

Bought a film camera and searched up a bunch of different places to get my photos developed for first time. Decided to give this place a shot after reading the great reviews. The photos came out AMAZING. Every single one was perfect and just look way better than I expected. Showed a few friends and family members the photos and they love them. Photos were emailed to me within 5 hours of dropping them off! Price was reasonable too ($11.50 for a 24 film roll.) Will certainly be back, thank you :)

Since moving to the city, I have tried out all of the film labs in the LES and Chinatown. I ended up sticking with Eliz Digital. They always dev + scan same day unless you bring it in after 1—2PM, then you'll get it next day. I would recommend paying the extra $5 for the high resolution scans if you want to print your work — so $16/roll total for 35mm. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgable, and they all also sell film/disposable cameras/batteries here.

Tested a film camera I purchased and decided to get the film scanned here. The results were amazing. Every photo came out way better than I had expected. Staff was also very polite and welcoming. Prices were fair as well and the photos were emailed to me the same day. I will be back again for sure. Thank you!

My first time getting film developed, the woman at the counter was super nice, and the price was so great for the high quality scans. Definitely going back again.

My favorite store to develop film in the city, I’ve been going there for a couple of years now. Fast service, good scans, amazing price. I recommend all of my friends to go there too!

Thank you so much for the service you provide!

Been going here regularly—I always get my pics sent in a little over 24 hours—very convenient and seamless! The lady at front is also very helpful with answering film camera questions :)

Went there for the first time a couple of days ago and I already know that this place is my new go-to!! Quick service and turnaround for a good price. Just gotta remember that it’s cash only Luckily since it was my first visit, I was able to pay through Venmo
  • August 23, 2020, 12:14 am
I love this small business, they are always fast, adorable and have a really nice staff. I've had passport photos taken here as well as film printed and developed. Everything was so affordable and high quality.

Lovely place with lovely people. Thank you for always providing wonderful and fast service.
  • August 6, 2020, 11:20 pm
Best place to get film developed in NYC! Excellent customer service and quick turnaround — often within 24—48 hours! I even mailed them film while I was away from the city during COVID and they still developed in a timely manner! I am always very satisfied with the quality of their development! Wish I could keep this my hidden gem, but I have to recommend this place!

Great customer service — the sweetest people. Dropped off my film in the morning and by the end of the day I received my scans.
  • July 13, 2020, 5:13 am
A lifelong photographer I'm their favorite customer, and they're my favorite film development shop. I ALWAYS give them my medium format (C41) film and 35mm films to develop and digitally scan/email me. Very affordable and I love the family-run vibe. I always think of them when I visit Chinatown — simply a fabulous film store with same day and next-day service — I love patronizing local mom and pop shops <3
  • June 4, 2020, 11:26 pm
Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful and their prices are probably the best in Manhattan. The quality of the negatives is always on point and they send jpg images by mail in 2 business days!
  • May 18, 2020, 5:41 am
The best place for film, scans, prints, etc. wouldn’t go anywhere else, the photos are always ready the next day and the service is spectacular. I drive almost an hour from Long Island every time I need film developed and would not have it any other way. Thanks Eliz!!!

I love this place, the quality of their work, their commitment and their sympathy.
    I highly recommend this place.

There are other cheaper options around the neighborhood. The service is mediocre. The dude who manages the computer was too busy playing computer games to respond to me when I was asking him to email me the digital copy of my photo.
  • January 17, 2020, 12:06 am
Everyone here is super friendly and super welcoming. Their film scans are also legit; usually done the next business day. Thank you. 10000 stars.

High quality pictures and very reasonable price. $10 for a passport picture, $6 for developing 36×36 film, and $8 for developing medium format. $10.80 for scanning 36×36 film, and $16 for scanning medium format. It is emailed by the next day or two. They also sell film.

Highly recommend this shop! Run by a great family that's not looking to rip you off. Fast turnaround & affordable prices!

Good if you have no more 35mm films, I purchased 400tx and portra 400
  • November 5, 2019, 4:59 pm
went to eliz for the first time. decent price at $10.80 for developing 35mm film. the turnaround was quick — 24 hours sent via email. i’m not happy without the outcome of the film. it’s very high in contrast and low quality. would be good for people not that bothered by quality. cash only too
  • August 27, 2019, 12:39 am
About $10 for scanning one disposable camera film, very good price. Usually get it in a day through email. Sometimes a bit busy, might have to wait for a bit. Good quality, friendly business. Cash only.

New go-to spot to get my film digitally scanned. They’re so fast, reasonably priced, and the pictures turn out great! Would recommend:)
  • August 25, 2019, 12:51 am
Do NOT recommend, unless you want to develop party or disposable photos. I dropped off 4 rolls of Kodak Portra film, the scans that came back were horrible! I’ve been photographing on film for 10 years & couldn’t believe the bad quality. Please take your film elsewhere!! Bleeker st and Color House in Soho are the ones to go!!
  • August 14, 2019, 10:48 pm
These people are absolutely amazing! I had a few 20 year old film rolls that I found in a drawer. They got them done and emailed to me in 24 hours. Great quality although usually beyond 10 years it is supposed to be hopeless. Here they did not hesitate and gave me a great price! I am totally coming here for everything now! Besides it is a quick walk from the subway and plenty of nice places around anywhere. Thank you so much, you brought so much joy with these pictures that you recovered for us!
  • August 9, 2019, 10:57 pm
They’re really nice people and affordable. $10.80 for scans of a 35mm color roll. They don’t do black and white but recommended me a place to go. Cash only.
  • August 4, 2019, 8:06 pm
I got my scans today and I'm absolutely satisfied with it.
    Eliz Digital is The Best.
  • June 25, 2019, 8:03 pm
Eliz Digital is the best place in NYC for developing photos. I've been shooting developing 35mm and disposable cameras for a while now and this is definitely the Go-To! Places like Fujifilm wondershop or any of the pharmacies do not do it in-house so it usually takes them a week to 2 weeks to get them developed. Eliz Digital usually takes 1—2 days, and on days they aren't busy they can send them back the same day! Best of all it's all digitally emailed to you through WeShare so you'll always hav – show

$25 for a passport photo, no post processing. What they do before give that to you is just crop. What’s fun is, when I tried to ask them about some skills of photoshop, then seems like didn’t know any. This photo experience sucks.

One of the only places in NYC that develops disposable film. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my request. The price was fair and the turnaround time was very quick. The photos turned out great! I will be back in the future.

Their turnaround is incredibly fast and their prices can't be beat at $6 for development and another $5 or so for digital scans. The staff is wonderful and incredibly friendly, can't recommend this spot enough!

The people that work here are very friendly. The prices are alot cheaper than others in the area. They charge 10 dollars for 4 passport photos and if you need extra its only 5 dollars for another set. They also process film here and they can email it to you. The wait time is not that long.
