But at this point my desire to see the best in people has run out and I only want to see this company never be able to take advantage of anyone again.

and it's difficult to believe that even the most novice contractor could make the mistakes they made.
Based on the sub-par work I was able to see on the surface level, I decided it was a good idea to start pulling off the drywall to check on the work below, and if I hadn't done that it would have been a disaster waiting to happen.
First, the wall they moved back to extend the bathroom was actually load-bearing, as I, a non-professional can now clearly see, and they did nothing at all to reinforce the beams above after removing it. To make matters even worse, the frame for the new wall they built didn't even touch the ground! We wanted a niche going across the length of the shower, and there was literally half a wall on the top and half a wall on the bottom.. no contact whatsoever between either section. They also poured a new concrete shower base with no drain vent - they actually removed the old vent and never reinstalled it - and also did not take into account the space needed to put in the drain flange or a shower pan. So now the whole base needs to be demolished - AGAIN - to correct this.
Unconnected wires were left in the wall, the exhaust fan was installed with the vent duct just shoved into the ceiling and not venting outside, the plumbing rough-ins were haphazardly installed, they chipped our floor... I could write pages about the mistakes in work that were made but to summarize, there isn't a single thing they did that won't have to be redone or fixed.
The owner has been completely ignoring our attempts to find a way to resolve this situation peacefully, which we had been extremely patient in doing, considering the circumstances.
If you take a look at the watermarks on the videos for the work this company claims to be doing, you will clearly see it is someone elses work entirely who has no relation to OBS.
Make informed decisions... don't let contractors bully you into paying outrageous amounts in advance... lessons my wife and I, and as we're coming to find out, multiple others in our community have had to learn the hard way.

On 8/24/22, I signed a contract with the Permit Man Inc(Terence Connelly – owner) (a.k.a. Expediting Long Island) to expedite the deck permit services. I paid $2500.00 to Terence Connelly upfront and he also told me to pay for additional expenses totaling $5307.22.
He filed the applications on 9/7/22 for the deck and A/C permits. After that he basically disappeared. He never followed through and completed the job. I called his various numbers left messages and sent him text messages but no answers

After waiting for more than 8 months and going nowhere, I sent him an email asking for final updates. Again he did not respond to my requests to give an update. Instead, he called “out of the blue” and asked for additional $2500.00 to file permit for the basement. This was the first phone call from him in 6 months. I finally gave up dealing with him asked for a refund. He obviously refused and I will be filing complaints to the Consumer affairs and the BBB. I will also be contacting my lawyer to find out what my options are.
This is a nightmare from hell. Terence Connelly has no integrity and he is a scammer. Please do your due diligence and research thoroughly and don’t be a victim of this con artist.

I brought her a broken screen which the local hardware store was unable to fix (after holding it for a week) due to a problem with the frame. She quickly repaired and strengthened the frame and replaced the damaged mesh. Kathy was very pleasant and fast and not expensive. Obviously, at home service is a bonus. Highly recommended!

loop the entire time. I, the customer, had to reach out several times in order to get an update. At one point he said there was a 6 week delay on another job, so ours would be pushed back 8-10 weeks. I said “how does 6 weeks equate to 10?” Rich replied “I know it doesn’t make sense, but that’s the new math.” It still doesn’t make sense to me. The project finally started and rich failed to tell me that his “team” was really a subcontractor named Gary that he hired. The sub is an iron worker by trade, and my sunroom was unfortunately the first one he built. Rich was pretty upset with how much Gary actually told me about Rich. He got duped by Rich too because Rich told us both that it was a 3-4 day job. Gary bid it for $1,500 and Rich was watering at the mouth looking for a big pay day. Gary didn’t show up when he said he would and the project took 3 weeks, not 3 days. Rich rarely made appearances and failed to provide supplies. I had to buy all the insulation and even helped install it because it wasn’t done and my drywaller was trying to start. One of our windows was missing and I was told it would not effect anything, but the sub never sealed the window below it and the window leaked all over my new drywall. Rich failed to come and seal it for 2 weeks. The window came in finally and rich took another 2 weeks to come put it in. THEN ANOTHER WINDOW STARTED LEAKING!! He tried to tell us that neither leaks required the drywall to be replaced. My wife asked him if he would be okay with wet drywall that would get moldy in his own home, and Rich replied “yes.” Rich came out to look at it, but during his visit told me that he would “be right back” and that he was going to grab his ladder. Rich was lying once again and instead got in his van and left without notifying me. I called him and he said he thought it would be best if we parted ways. There was a laundry list of things that had yet to be done, including a window that was installed incorrectly and was leaking on my finished drywall. Rich’s workers also damaged my siding and deck. He delivered on nothing he said he would do and cut corners wherever he could. The siding was not installed correctly per our contract and he used a different material in order to save time because Gary was losing money and wanted to get off the job. Gary never worked with that material before and installed it incorrectly with gaps and terrible cuts. Gary even tried to hide a chipped board with some caulk right above my main doorway. What a joke. Rich told my drywaller that “there’s one like this every year.” Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere unless you want to risk being the “one” this year. Rich also called my wife and was either airing it to others or recording the conversation and was threatening and harassing her. Rich tried to intimidate her and me. Unless you want to pay someone thousands to make your wife cry a dozen times, pay the extra grand and go with a business with a good reputation. You’ll save yourself a ton of money and hassle in the long run.

I drove to Iris Farms to look at (2) female Frenchie pups...and did so despite some red flags such as finding out after several conversations that the dogs came from Texas (no parents on premises) and more importantly their inability to introduce me to a local vet that would vouch for their operation saying "we use lots of vets".
They also insisted on cash, that any credit card payment would have a 8.5% surcharge.

picture of Iris Farms is very deceiving - the farmhouse looked to be abandoned and the barn was in poor shape. I was ushered into a small waiting room with (2) pens on a tile floor. In the back, judging from the noise there were a lot of dogs…
The (2) pups were absolutely manic, not what I would have expected of dogs that had received "loving care". I asked that they be let out of the pen and they went somewhat berserk...I have experience with Frenchies - this wasn't normal...
I then asked to see some older puppies and one of the two they brought out appeared to be sick...it was misshapen and almost looked drugged. And the two I came to see started with explosive diarrhea...at which point I excused myself.
Iris appears to be a puppy mill - I would avoid at all costs.

I recently looked for a new OB/GYN closer to where I live and found Dr. Reiss who had the qualifications I was seeking. He was accommodating from start to finish. His touch was so gentle that I did not feel any discomfort or pain during my pelvic exam. Dr. Reiss also took his time with me and was great about answering any questions I had. Would definitely recommend him.
They were great at first, then they hired some young kid to work with them who broke our brand new siding that we just had done. The siding guys came and replaced it for free. Kregg Frey and Jose still let the kid work for them and broke the siding again…. They refused to pay for the siding to get fixed so now all around my house the siding has holes and cracks and because of that, We are getting critters going up into the walls of our house!! I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

I brought my two motorized bikes in to Jim's Motorized Bike Repair Shop and he was able to 100 percent fix the electrical issue that it had. I had a friend look at it for months and he could not figure it. is terrible, limited hours to reach them and super slow turn around. I was also told that my machine was being fixed at the house where the repair person was dog sitting. Assuming this is how my parts were lost since it was being carried around instead of being fixed at the shop. I use my machine to make my living and not only am I losing money by having to buy new parts, but I have also not been able to work for the month they had my machine as well as now having to wait for parts to arrive before I can make it usable again.

After multiple mistakes made, I continued to give this office a chance. Staff asked for another chance to make things right after I mentioned switching doctor offices, and continued to make mistakes.
First of all, missing bloodwork, Genetic testing miscommunication and failure to book accordingly, nearly 22 weeks pregnant and they still have not taken prenatal bloodwork, when any doctor should notice that missing from your chart.

they clearly DID NOT test any of the samples given in the course of 4 months visiting with Dr. Lograno and his staff.
I was in Stony Brook hospital with extreme pain, turns out I have multiple small kidney stones, an a 8MM kidney stone which requires surgical removal, kept for 2 days nearly in the Labor & Delivery unit because my urine levels contained high levels of minerals that form kidney stones, and possibly could've caused an infections if left any longer untreated.
They have never once mentioned anything regarding my urine sample being tested, along with any bloodwork, but yet push hard for urine sample each visit.
Both would show the high levels, which they skipped over.
I have never felt so uncomfortable with the idea of possibly risking an infection to my unborn child, and mishandled by a medical professional.
I DO NOT recommend coming here, unless you're desperate or on a waiting list elsewhere. I would much rather go without seeing any doctor, than returning here.

Kind staff, the doctor explained everything I needed and more, he did a blood draw right there so I didn't have to go to get it done, he knows his stuff! This was for Pellet BHRT with BioTe. The consult was comprehensive and they took me when I needed them most.

Go somewhere else. They don't care about your pets. Read the negative reviews. It is the most heartless animal clinic. Unprofessional and incompetent.

It is the worst vet. Sure isn't the same clinic as when Dr Hart, Dr Webster, and Dr O'Neil were there. This morning our 11 year old female yellow lab was having trouble breathing. , hung up on me when I called to say how disappointed I was in their emergency patient care. I also spoke to Heidi, a professional receptionist, first thing this morning and she was going to call me back after speaking with the veterinarian. She never did. We then called Rhinebeck Veterinary and they saw our dog immediately. We have never even been there before. They cared about her well being. She has pneumonia. She is critical. Her blood pressure was low, her oxygen level was low, her gums were pale, she was dehydrated and she was dying. She is on oxygen and IV treatment. They are giving her nebulizer treatments hoping to help her breathing. She will be hospitalized for a few days with a 30% chance of pulling through. She has a tough road ahead. Meanwhile, the owner veterinarian of Pine Plains Veterinary left a voicemail stating they can not care for our pets because I was unprofessional to their staff. Is this vet for real! I would never use Pine Plains Veterinary again. A perfect example of a terrible veterinarian. I begged and pleaded for them to see our dog, twice. They just didn't care if she was dying ... fact. I would not recommend this place, ever!
* In addition, I called Friday, 2/10/23, to make a well care visit for our 7 mos old miniature Sheepadoodle. This "professional" receptionist was going to call me back that day with an appointment. She never called back.

A few weeks later, Phil called and said your van is done. My wife and I took the amtrack to Utica NY and one of Phils works picked us up and brought us to his shop. When my wife and i saw the van, we could not believe it! IT LOOKED LIKE WE BOUGHT IT FROM THE DEALER. A job well done by Phil and all of his workers.

Amazing service and reliable people. Could not be more happy with my experience. The staff was very professional and patient with me.

Absolutely nothing, in the beginning I thought the owner was a thirsty old man and very inappropriate but he seemed to know what he was talking about, although in the end I learned he didn't! Just real cunning for an old man!

This shop had my car for 3 months and never fixed my issue. My car is still broke, same initial problem. I took him to court because I paid him 2469 to fix my car but it was never fixed

. I won my case, ofc because he was just trying to take advantage of a young, black, single woman. However, he's appealing it just to be a dick. Because he knows exactly what he was doing. The judge obviously agreed. I honestly believe he's prejudice! But evil never wins, love will always prevail... remember that Ron!!!!
My neighbor, who referred me to him, doesn't even do business with anymore because he paid him to fix his car but his car still had the same issue!
My cousin, had the same exact problem, after a WHOLE YEAR he had to go take his car back still with the same issue!
I'M WARNING YOU, IF YOU'RE A PERSON OF COLOR... DO NOT GO HERE!
