WORK REQUIRED! Today I took my car to Honda for recall work and they also did a Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection Checklist and gave me a printout. Still, 2 weeks after the King Auto Repair visit my car does NOT need new brakes. I will never return to this business for anything, repairs, gas, not even a chapstick. When I picked up the van, I was told that there was no way to link the broken air conditioner to the accident - despite acknowledging that I had told them of that issue at the initial review - and charged me an additional $113. So, even though my air conditioning was working before the accident and ceased to work after the accident AND the issue was spoken of in July, there is obviously no way in which the two are related. Now I have to try to go through insurance to try to get this sorted out (which I should NOT have to do). So, basically, if you like throwing money at an issue to get SOME of the issues fixed, and then throwing more money at it to fix the rest of it completely, then this is the place for you. But, if you want the job done completely and correctly, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Every bit of my experience was top notch. Before I was able to use my spa I was just a little concerned about how the interior would feel as I am used to the smooth, shiny acrylic finishes. Dr George placed the initial implants and then left Liberty Dental. After I informed liberty dental of issues Dr George came back to liberty dental on my behalf and placed additional implants. My services have never been fully completed as the upper still is not fitting properly. NOW Dr Sam tries to pawn me off to a Periodontalist the consultation is a $122 mind you I've already spent over $40000 with liberty dental and my implants are not fitted properly. Dr Sam became very aggrumentative and demeaning after I explained I was not receiving the services I contracted. I visited Dr George at his new practice and he agreed that my treatment is not complete and agreed to reach out to Dr Sam to coordinate via text while I was in the office. Fast forward now in order for Dr Sam to further continue treatment he's making me sign a form basically releasing him of any issues being that he never properly fitted my upper high bridge implants. There were always issues. The form is also stating that the reason I refused to see the Periodontalist is because of costs that is not the case I'm refusing to see the Periodontalist is because I never signed up for these additional costs that were not discussed in my initial treatment with Dr Sam. My treatment plan consisted of Dr George placing the implants and Dr Sam placing the hybridge. This entire ordeal has caused me extreme anxiety and depression not to mention postporing future plans. My anxiety towards dentist has really increased. When you do not agree with doctor Sam he immediately becomes demeaning and unprofessional and it's very argumentative. All I want is the services and treatment that I paid for. Now he wants me to sign a hold harmless agreement in order to continue treatment that I already paid for!!

Kiba Studios also incorrectly ordered a custom Rev-A-Shelf cabinet.
While small design oversights can be expected in large complex projects, the quantity, severity, and blatant nature of Kiba's design flaws suggest a level of incompetence, negligence, mismanagement, or a combination of these issues. Several of these issues were so severe that they necessitated the ordering of additional cabinets or alterations to the house's plumbing to rectify the mistakes. Regrettably, when we brought these concerns to the attention of Kiba Studios it failed to rectify the issues and eventually ceased communication before fulfilling the contract. The cost to correct Kiba's design errors exceeded $10,000. To date, Kiba has not offered any compensation for their negligence or a solution to these problems.
Kiba's willingness to deliver substandard products and then shirk their contractual obligations, particularly when dealing with a senior citizen, is deeply concerning and could be viewed as predatory. I have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the New York State's Attorney General, and the New York Consumer Protection Division. My strongest recommendation to any prospective customers is to exercise caution when considering Kiba Studios. For those already engaged in a project with them, I strongly urge homeowners to have the designs reviewed by an independent source and to withhold payment of more than 25% upfront.

I feel so bad for these companies that have dealt with staffing issues since Covid. This company has gone above and beyond to communicate with me even though they are short staffed and took a long time to get my driveway sealed. They finally were able to seal and it looks great. I am writing this complaint to draw attention to both the low quality of work and the horrendous customer service I experienced with M. Daddio Builders.
I had a roof leak in 2021 that was fixed quickly and efficiently by Chandelle Roofing company. Upon discovering a new leak this year, I reached out to them again. They contracted the work out to M. Daddio. I was suspicious, but being a generally trusting person, I went with it. I did express concerns over the cost structure sent to me by M.

Daddio (see attached contract), and nobody responded to my email. Again, I was too trusting, and despite my anxiety over who would be sent to my house and the estimated cost for repair (which nobody gave me, despite the contract referring to an estimate), I trusted that it would be similar cost and quality to the original repair.
I was wrong. Not only was the cost more than double what the original leak cost to fix, the leak was not fixed. What had been a very slow leak got significantly worse in a short span of time.
When I reached out to M. Daddio to ask how they could help me, they replied that they would return to fix the leak at the same hourly rate as the previous failed repair. I understand that there is no guarantee when it comes to roof leaks and that they can be tricky to fix. However, the fact that the leak was made worse, and then M. Daddio was not willing to decrease the rates in the slightest to fix what they had made worse, begs the question: did they intentionally fail to fix the leak, hoping a young, single female would fall for it and end up paying them twice?
I understand that I am partially at fault here. I should have refused to allow anyone to do work on my house until someone replied to my email with an estimate, and I should have trusted my gut when it seemed questionable that a company other than Chandelle Roofing was coming to fix my roof. However, I am a generally trusting person, and didn’t want to bother anyone. Now I feel I have been taken advantage of and ripped off.
Despite the high cost for low quality work, my biggest disappointment was how I was treated by Mike Daddio when I called to calmly voice my concerns. I was interested in having a dialogue and perhaps reaching a compromise. While I felt that M. Daddio Builders could and should come back to fix the leak for free, I understand that they would not want to do that and I was more than willing to compromise. However, before I could even finish a sentence expressing my thoughts, Mike Daddio rudely interrupted me by talking over me and would not allow me to finish a sentence. I asked Mike to find written proof of his claim, and he was unable. Nobody at M. Daddio builders had even mentioned the possibility of a new roof, let alone recommended it. The fact that Mike attempted to lie to me in order to escape responsibility, after already having treated me disrespectfully, is just poor business practice.
I found Mike Daddio to be incredibly unprofessional. He is clearly more interested in making money than he is ensuring the quality of his company’s work, and he has no concern for the needs and concerns of his clients.

regarding the wedding and needs for the ceremony and reception took place. Our son, although concerned figured that she was on top of things and had it all in order. Well, unfortunately this assumption was incorrect. Upon arriving at the venue, on the day of the event, our son had to ask for previously arranged settings. Ie; a small table for the guest book- when he asked were it was, he was told they would find one. This should have been prepared before the wedding party and/or guests arrived. Set up was still occurring immediately before and during the ceremony.
2. The rehearsal, which occurred the day immediately before the event, was very unorganized and the owner? advised that due to impending weather, ( which was not confirmed) the ceremony would need to be held in a small, very tight “hallway”. This was communicated as if there was no discussing this. Our son, immediately following rehearsal, did communicate with the venue that as long as it was not actively raining, they would expect the ceremony to take place on the planned tree line. Having someone dictate location of the ceremony during the rehearsal, without privately discussing with the Bride and Groom is to say the least unprofessional.
3. The venue advised, the DJ, music and all dancing, ect would have to take place in the lower covered/enclosed pavilion as “ people around here do not like this type of music and it has to be done in the enclosed building” What kind of music was that exactly? Dance music? Or the music that was played to include the Bride’s family and ethic background? Because it was not clear, I am hoping that the venue was not saying that mixed ethnic backgrounds are not welcome to have blended weddings at their venue?
4.The music regulations also made it necessary to move the wedding party and all guests (capable of the back and forth) to move from the cocktail area/dining area to the lower level pavilion for the entrance of the newly married couple and their first dances. Then the guests and wedding party had to return to the cocktail/dining area for their meal and beverages. Then again the guests -all 65 and the wedding party had to be moved again to the lower pavilion for dancing and toasts and cake cutting. The lower pavilion is enclosed with little to no air flow and the ceiling fan(s) inside that area were not in working order. This made the area extremely hot and undesirable. This caused some guests to miss a lot of the festivities as I have outlined in #5 below.
5.The movement of approx 80 people back and forth was also complicated by not being very handicap accessible. We had a few older guests and family members that could not navigate the stairs between the areas and had an extremely hard time navigating to the tree line for pictures over stones, uneven ground and roots. These unfortunate guests also could not access the other areas of photos being taken as there were no handicap accessible steps taken to allow access to these areas. The only other way between the areas was a loosely graveled and uneven path which was treacherous to say the least.
6.Th bathrooms (1 female and 1 male) were also located down this gravel path and very hard for people who are mobility challenged to access. A wheel chair would not have been able to gain access as there was a forcible lip/step to access them both.
7.In the dining area, where the self serve drinks were located, there was no ice for the self serve drinks. And no direction for guests to acquire ice for their beverages unless they went to the bar for alcoholic beverages.
8.In the dining area, there was broken glass on the floor, causing a small child in get glass in her feet. The broken glass was located under the table near by. First aid was administered by a wedding guest and not offered by the venue owners. Very little to no concern was shown for the child as a guest supplied tweezers and had to remove the glass. The guest fortunately had a bandage for the child as no first aid supplies were offered.
9.During the reception, a few children were on the top of the bar/seating area. When one of those children was seen climbing on the “cattle railing” the owner promptly reprimanded the children which escalated immediately to the owner yelling in the child’s face (within 2 feet from the child’s face) loudly enough for guests to witness. The owner never approached the parent or had the maturity to escort the child to their parent to discuss. This behavior was deplorable.
10. The owner of the venue NEVER discussed or had permission for the owner’s husband to act in any way as a photographer for the event with the exception of one photo offered to be taken and printed/displayed immediately in the dining area. Her husband was dressed in stained jeans and a very casual, unkept collared shirt and inserted himself in every area for his photography- often blocking the paid photographer from doing her job. His constant and obtrusive presence, dressed in extremely unkempt casual clothing, unfortunately stood out in all the photos. This also caused many guests and wedding party attendees to question who this man was and why he was continuously in the individual scenarios of the event.
This should have also been discussed with the Bride and Groom as using any photos taken during the event without permission for their website is unprofessional and unethical. We would like to advise that these photos taken by the venue, will not be used for their website without written permission from the Bride and Groom.
11. During the event, one of the owners? Employees? decided that it was a great time to water all the plants. With watering cans and a hose she watered the plants throughout the venue. This was extremely unprofessional to say the least and also caused dangerous conditions along the concrete stairway and walkway. This area also developed puddles that formal dresses and shoes were dragged through causing damage to clothing and shoes. The puddles and overall unnecessary water in these areas made navigating back and forth needlessly treacherous. Watering plants around the dining area while guests were eating and celebrating was shocking.
12.The next day following the event was extremely disappointing. When the bride and groom arranged for pick up any and all belongings from the venue they arrived to find the following:
A. The staff was actively eating the Bride and Groom’s wedding cake, (which was paid for by the Bride and groom separately from the event) and the staff was also eating the leftover remaining food, which was also NOT paid for by the venue.. All 20 cupcakes were gone and no cake was packaged up for the bride and groom. The Bride and Groom had 1 bite of cake each for photos only.
B. The event was charged for food for 80 guests. Following dinner, all food was seen being wrapped and packed away. This food was paid for and should have been made available to the Bride’s family. It was not. The food was gone.
C. The bridal bouquet was also missing from the Bridal “suite”. And other items were not found.
13. The food was not anything like the food that was sampled at the tasting. The chicken was undercooked-causing people not to eat due to fear of illness, the rice was dry and the steak was dry and tough. Very disappointing that the food could not be executed to the expectation set at the tasting. The caterer was recommended by the venue but not supplied by the venue.
14. Before and during the event, the assistant manager repeatedly requested a $1,100.00 tip for his staff. My son advised they would take care of that following the event to reflect the execution of the event. He even stopped the groom to ask for this tip when the groom was leaving the dance floor during the reception in the presence of guests.This is so beyond unprofessional and inexcusable.
15. The wedding Bride and Groom signed a contract stating 70-80 people for a set price. The week before the wedding the venue requested another $1000.00 for a “higher tier” of guests “80”. The guest count did not exceed the original contract but the venue requested and was paid an additional $1000.00 and never revised or provided an new contract to reflect this “change of pricing” ? This is unprofessional and the addition $1000.00 should be returned promptly and is not to be included as part of any resolution of the above mentioned “issues”.
Unfortunately, due to the multitude of disappointments and issues, we would be hard pressed to recommend this venue to anyone for any event.

I am a MD resident that received a speeding citation (10 miles over the freeway speed limit) from NY State Police in the town of Cohocton, NY, on 7/31/23. The Trooper stated to me that the citation would only amount to "around $140." Even so, I did not feel that it was fair to get a traffic ticket, so I contacted offtherecord.com, which offers cheap rates with a guarantee of success or my money back. It also promises a 24 hour money-back guarantee. I paid just under $200 and was assigned to this law office. I tried calling the law office, and after three tries over the course of a few hours, finally got ahold of one of the lawyers from the office that gave me 3 minutes to talk to him. I told him the situation, and he said that (1) I have nothing to worry about; (2) the case will get dismissed; (3) He will talk to the DA to get me dismissed; and (4) I will just need to do a driver safety course. Per the attorney's direction, I took one of the safety courses that he provided me a list of, and also got a copy of my drivers abstract from the State of Maryland. This added another ~$45 dollars to my bill. The attorney then told me to give him my credit card number, without elaborating-- turns out, it is to pay for the New York Diversion Program.
Reality quickly set in. The attorney never intended on talking to the DA. In fact, he was just going to push me into the New York diversion program the whole time, which is a self-service, online program through diversionconnect.com where minor traffic violations are thrown out. It happens to require the exact things that the attorney was asking (driver abstract and defensive driving course). The fee is also extremely high-- $275, far more than the original ticket. When combined with what I already paid, it's now well over $500. When I confronted the attorney about him misleading me upon our initial counsult, he claimed that this was always the plan, and admitted he did nothing as he promised with respect to talking to the DA. Even worse, he had the gall to give me an ultimatum-- either I do the program that I could have done myself from the beginning, or he would simply request a 'reduction in points,' knowing that the latter defeats the purpose of hiring the firm in the first place. I took a log of the messages between him and I through offtherecord.com's internal chat system and threatened to report this to the NY State Bar, and from that point on the attorney refused to say anything. The court date is 8/21/2023, the time of this review is 8/14/2023, and the last communication to the attorney on 8/8/2023 was left responded to ever since then.
I put in an inquiry to Off the Record, and they had only wasted a few more days of my precious time to only say that they believe that the attorney did satisfiable work without elaborating, and that I will get no compensation for what I view as nothing short of legal malpractice.
I have logged all correspondence on this matter between myself and either the attorney or Off the Record's representatives, which can be validated through email forensics or from a review of offtherecord.com's internal chat logs. The court date is coming close, and the attorney forced me under duress to make a decision that runs counter to my interests or stated intent. Also given that the attorney has failed to follow-up from my communications to him, I can only assume he has also abandoned his paying client without returning fees.

She was still alive at Wileys Ark but they had no time. Our dog Shiloh has been going there since she was 2 years old. We took her to all of her well visits etc. but when it came time to actually help Shiloh, they had no time. Do not put yourself through what we went through. about the security deposit to just say theres nothing they can do. Lease clearly states that if there's an issue, tenants can take 5 days to rectify the situation. They avoided this all together and told us everything was fine but still took our 100 dollars. They're highly unresponsive and a horrible company to rent from. I advise all rpi students to rent elsewhere. The house was falling apart with a hole in the front at the front entrance. Multiple bug and rat problems as well. Horrible company. Never renting again. I would advise the same!
