Comment I made a hair appointment with Hair Undone for a Tuesday afternoon. My husband and I traveled to Tampa that weekend before to see our grand babies. Our return trip was Monday and 2,000 flights were cancelled including ours (Covid related) I called hair undone Monday morning to let them know and cancel the appt. They were closed so I left a message. The next day I tried to explain the circumstances that were beyond my control and was treated with annoyance and sarcasm by the staff.

Unprofessional. I would not recommend using them. They insisted that the full cost of parts and labor be paid upfront before any repair work was performed. We told them that we were uncomfortable paying the full amount ahead of time, but would pay for the diagnostic visit and part, with the balance paid upon completion of the work. At that point, they refused to work with us and suggested that we go somewhere else.
