I have an approximate 80 square-foot kitchen. I needed this cabinet to maximize space! 🚨Also, I cannot use my Lazy Susan cabinet!! The spindle has been out of place since installation. The Lazy Susan tray will not spin because the tray hits the hardware of the cabinet door.
Beware they claim to offer one year warranty, but have avoided my calls after installation. They came back once after they left the shelves on my kitchen floor. It was difficult to put them in and I thought they were the wrong shelves ——so they had to come back, no problem! That was taken care of BUT now they refuse to take my calls.
I had to have my intern call from her out of area number, and only then did they agree to come back ——THEN they were a no-show. ——my tenant has cabinets she cannot use!!
The Arkansas contractors board determined they were working without a license in Arkansas.
Please stay away from these folks —-took a week to install!!! Came in immediately wanting the final payment for the installation which is but they took lunch and went to Chinese buffet, then had to go home. Imagine that!
Finished install a week later!!! They refuse to stand behind their product. This is devastating.

As the wedding planning continued, we realized that Lawton would not work out as we hoped. I immediately reached out to Lisa to inform her of the cancellation. I made two attempts, with the last effort being on March 31.
I thought it was strange that after the first one, I didn’t hear anything from Lisa because, in the past, her communication was so excellent. After not hearing from her, I immediately thought I was scammed. I went on the cinderella weddings website and realized that I was only supposed to pay a deposit amount and that if I canceled, I would only lose that deposit. Well, Lisa charged me the total amount, and it looks like I’ve lost all of it because it has now been several weeks, and I’ve heard NOTHING from Lisa. At first, I was not concerned about a refund of any amount. After her ghosting me and seeing her website, realizing I got screwed over, I felt it necessary to ask for whatever back minus the deposit as it should have been. I’m very disappointed and concerned for anybody else possibly ending up in the same boat. It makes me wonder if the plans would have continued if, when the big day came, she wouldn’t even really show up?! Unfortunately, for some, this was the case. And I believe it because It seemed like all communication was lost as soon as she received payment. This is sad because her kindness fooled me. This is not somebody you want officiating your big day. I’m huge on reviews because I live out of state, and I feel like this is what I had to rely on. I feel like I waited more than enough time to allow Lisa to correct this issue and make things right with me before leaving this review.

I requested my money back on Cash App to test something, and not even two minutes later; I got a response from Lisa saying:
Venice, all services are nonrefundable. Your payment was made on February 8, 2023, and today is Wednesday, April 19, 2023, that is over two months. I hope this answer helps. You understand, I am confused why you would want to refund this much later in the year.
😂😂. Wow, it’s amazing how quickly she responded to that. Her policy clearly states the DEPOSIT is nonrefundable. You charged me the full amount, which shows she plays by her own rules and changes them whenever she wants. And this is supposed to be a godly woman. What a joke. In the beginning, guys, she was nothing like this!

I got another nasty reply from Lisa, stating I was a liar, and I was told that the amount was nonrefundable. She is still missing the bigger picture. Why does it seem like everybody who leaves a negative review is the problem and a liar? To make this long story short, I told her to keep the money and that clearly she needed it way more than I could ever. Read the reviews, guys, and not just the good. It looks like if she did pull through; you were one of the lucky ones. Who wants to risk one of the most important days of their lives? In her response to previous reviews, she quickly threatens with her lawyer. Another joke! If you have one, how come no legally binding contract (service agreement) that protects the provider and the client ever provided? This is a simple task for your lawyer to put together for you. But then you would have to be legit. You couldn’t pick and choose who to screw over, right?
