Dealing with Florida Roof Bros has been a truly pleasurable
experience from start to finish. Everyone from the owner on down were professional and customer oriented. The roofing crew did an outstanding job! My new roof looks ten times better than expected. They went above and beyond by extending the existing the existing ridge vent an adding two more which will improve circulation in the attic. Not only was this company all of the above but the clean up at the end of each day was awesome and very professional! Have recommended them to several of my friends and neighbors who are looking for a company that is professional and get the job done right the first time!

Simple the best contractor experience I've ever been involved with. Every single aspect of the job was top notch. I work for a building contractor myself and couldn't have handled this myself so smoothly. From the quality of material, tear off, clean up, rubber tire dumpster, installation, communication, amount of time and follow up, Roof Bros are simply the best.

The crew was excellent. Besides the normal shingle replacement, a lot of the fascia was rotten and had to be replaced. They did a great job on everything and cleaned it all up.
When they came out for the estimate, they estimated how long it would be before they started and they were exactly right.
I highly recommend.

Two previous companies I cancel until I got a recommendation for the brothers and they were good with me definitely eased my stress, very quick responding and many compliment from all kind of inspectors that saw their work.
And on top of all they are good people.

I love my new roof, thanks to Florida Roof Bros. I had waited way too long to get my home re-roofed because so many contractors I have dealt with for home projects made things so difficult. If I had known that getting a new roof could be as easy at Florida Roof Bros made it, I would have done it years ago.

I originally got three bids for the roof. The two other companies I dealt with didn't seem as forthright and knowledgeable as Evan, from Florida Roof Bros. I don't even think the first two co mpanies got on the roof when they came out but Evan did. He took a video when he was up there, showing me how worn and damaged my 22 year old shingles were.

Their bid was right in line with the other two companies. However, the other two companies seemed to throw in some bogus discounts, such as a discount for being a county resident, etc. Evan was very straightforward with his bid.

Every company mentioned how many sheets of plywood they included for free in their original bid. The number of free sheets was higher with Florida Roof Bros.

They had a longer warranty on workmanship than other companies I spoke to and I was told that the warranty is transferable.

They have their own team that does the work and they don't sub-contract it out, which some of the other companies do.

They are a family owned and run business and both Brad and Evan are wonderful to work with.

Those are the reasons that I went with Florida Roof Bros from the beginning. But the work they did was exemplary. They used a special dump trailer with rubber tires to prevent damage to the paver driveway and put down tarps and cleaned up every evening during the whole process. They also worked until after dark one evening so they could get things done in a timely manner.

They started the project on a Monday and finished on a Thursday and that included NOT working one day while waiting for an inspection AND being interrupted by rain.

They provided photos that were taken during the entire process. I was AMAZED by how much rotten wood I had up there and so happy that they were diligent at finding and replacing it all. I'm sure the problems wouldn't have been quite as bad if I had gotten the roof replaced years before. If you are hesitating about getting a new roof because you think it might cause you stress, I encourage you to go with Florida Roof Bros. They made the whole project stress-free and I have a beautiful roof that makes my house look brand new. … – show

Florida Roof Brothers just did a complete shingle tear off and replacement on our home in December of 2022. Everything was done per quote in a very timely manner along with excellent workmanship and attention to every detail including coordinating the required inspections and wind mitigation report for our insurance company. Each afternoon their crew also left the job site as clean as they found it that morning. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend this company!

When I needed a new roof before we put our house on the market, I shopped 3 different companies. Florida Roof Bros won the bid because they were straightforward, efficient, and extremely professional in the bidding process.

Installation was flawless, extra care was given to reattach my gutters, and the crew went the extra mile to apply some paint to some wood they replaced on our chimney. On top of it all, they included a Wind Mitigation inspection and a transferable warranty.

Our decision to go with Florida Roof Bros(FRB), was based on our neighbor's feed back within our subdivision, and our evaluation of FRB proposal/estimate as compared to their competitors. We highly recommend this locally owned business for their quality of service, and attention to details.

We would totally recommend this company. Respectful of property. Professional. Brad is a a total gentleman to talk to. His workers do an excellent job on installation. We were leaving for vacation and they did the roof before we left.
You would be very happy in choosing them for a roof.

Totally happy with Florida Roof Bros. Best of three estimates we received. They were very responsive to us. There guys worked hard and had our roof done in 2 days minus the inspection day. Our property was respected and kept clean and the guys worked well together. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any roofing done. All of our neighbors compliment us on how beautiful the roof looks and how quickly and efficiently
the guys worked. We are very pleased.

Brad and Evan were very great to work with. The response time from them was very fast if we had any questions or concerns. They even answered the phone on Friday at 5:30. The roofing team did a great job keeping the area clean throughout the install. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

The Florida Roof Bros recently replaced the roofs on both my parents and my own home. Every step of the process was easy, smooth, efficient and professional from the initial evaluation and proposal process, coordination and communication with contract, permitting, scheduling and materials along with receiving a daily text after each phase completed, and most importantly a very organized, experienced, efficient hardworking crew that also did a phenomenal job cleaning up every day. They also inclu ded a wind mitigation inspection. Everyone I dealt with, the brothers, Evan and Brad, Devon, Dhana and of course his crew members, are very polite, friendly and very customer oriented. I highly recommend The Roof Bros to anyone needing a new roof.

Evan and the guys are great. Very professional and they do great work. Hands down the best roofing company in town. Family owned too! They finished the job in the estimated time frame, did a great job cleaning up after them and made everything way too easy. Thank you guys!!!

I received three quotes for my roof and Florida roof Brothers was right in the middle. They were the most professional courteous helpful out of all three. Their estimate was dead on and the quality of materials was top notch the job was completed in two days. I highly recommend them as a very very professional company that stands behind the product.
