My wife and I have been going on and off to this clinic for generations of our cats and dogs. When we try other practices we keep finding ourselves returning here usually due to the quality of care, breadth of services offered, and affordability. This is a family-owned practice with two second-generation brothers as veterinarians in their circa early fifties. Dr. Caroline Catona, D.V.M. mentioned in other reviews is no longer with this practice. For a good experience ask for Dr. Lee exclusively. He is friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, patient, communicative, and after-hours phone-accessible. A great vet! We were not happy with our recent wellness visit for my Boxer Mix dog needing a heartworm preventative medication renewal. The wellness exam was not thorough and questions needed to be asked about the vet's findings along the way other than "She is fine". This veterinarian did administer a new annual dog vaccine she had not taken to prevent complications from sniffing other animals' urine and feces which proved reasonable in price. My disappointment was being billed an extra $50 for a stool sample test result that we did not know was elective. Shame on us for not asking. Our main purpose for this appointment was to get our dog's heartworm medication renewed. This required an annual heartworm test and wellness exam. The final total cost for this wellness visit and heartworm test was $260 which included the 6-month heartworm preventive medication supply and the new vaccine shot. Had this visit been with Dr. Lee our satisfaction would have been much greater and a 4 1/2 star overall rating.

year later I was told he was moving and physically visited the store and was told that the tanner lost the hide. i was not going to receive a refund on my deposit until I requested an already mounted coyote in the shop as compensation. Her and his team were willing to work with us on timing and fitting around other parts of the build to get key items done before the cement floor was poured. His crew were great to work with, the work was done quickly and unlike some of the contractors we've worked with, they cleanup after themselves, tidied up the area, put down straw and seeded where they trenched. Will certainly keep them in mind for future work, or if my friends need services.

The original job took much longer than planned with poor communication regarding the delays. I signed the paperwork on November 21st and the job was not complete until Friday, January 6th. There are issues with the quality of the deck. I brought this up in early June and this still has not been resolved. The spacing of the boards is inconsistent. I was promised a warranty check to be performed by the manager late afternoon on a Saturday, instead, two workers showed up unannounced at 12:40 and they did not speak English. Even though I had already advised management of the issues, these workers were not advised, so I pointed to the issues. They fixed the minor things but left without fixing the main issue. In addition, the color they recommended does not match my siding. I was willing to work with them regarding the money they owe me and promised to pay me, but since they have not fulfilled this as promised on June 14th, I need to bring up all the issues again.

. The entire patio is a mess of uneven pavers, and nothing is level. The slope from left to right is excessively steep, exceeding industry standards by nearly 6 inches. As a result, my patio becomes a pool during even the lightest rain, making it impossible to enjoy.
When I initially hired Heaps Landscaping, I trusted that they would recognize the need to adjust the patio height in consideration of my upcoming driveway resurfacing. To my dismay, they completely overlooked this crucial detail, resulting in a clashing and unappealing transition between the patio and driveway.
The pavers they used were not set at the correct height, leading to a myriad of issues. There are bad cuts, excessive joints, and inconsistent block sizes scattered throughout the patio. It's a sight of poor craftsmanship and a lack of attention to detail.
Even more troubling is that the front stoop, which was once level, is now an accident waiting to happen. The stoop has an extreme front-to-back pitch, and even upon closer inspection, there's an inch of left-to-right slope. It is clear that Randy and his team lack the skills needed for proper hardscaping work.
To add to my frustration, Heaps Landscaping offers no written warranty of their work, leaving me with no recourse for the extensive flaws in their construction. Despite my dissatisfaction and numerous attempts to address the issues, they have shown no accountability for their subpar craftsmanship.
What is even more concerning is that Heaps Landscaping is not BBB rated, and they are not EP Henry Certified Installers. This information should have raised red flags for me before hiring them, but I learned this later. I want to warn other potential customers to be cautious when considering their services.
To provide a clear picture of the shoddy work performed by Heaps Landscaping, I have included pictures of the defective patio and front stoop.
In conclusion, Heaps Landscaping, owned by Randy, is an unprofessional and unreliable company. Their workmanship is far from satisfactory, and they lack the expertise needed for hardscaping projects. I strongly advise against hiring them for any job. My experience has been a costly and disheartening one, and I want others to avoid the same fate.

This was at his house and my wife was a little nervous so she snapped a bunch of pics. He texted me throughout the day with pics that were looking good. I know the rental car companies give you 30 minutes grace on the return so I said ok. At 6:30 I hadn’t heard from him and I texted him and now he said more like 7:30 to 7:45 because he had another customer picking up his car. I figured ok it will cost me another day for the rental car. When 7pm rolled around and I didn’t hear from him again, I texted and he didn’t reply. At 7:15 he texted and said he was almost done and to come in 30 minutes. By the time I got there it was getting dark and I paid him and we left. On the way home, we had trouble seeing out of the windshield and it looked like soap on the windows, all of them! I figured ok I will Windex them in the morning and fix it. Got up the next day and pulled the car out of the garage into the sunlight and started to realize how bad things were. All of the exterior had smudges and old wax on it. All of the shine on the wheels was gone and my wife said you paid him how much? She thinks he wet the wheels quick to make it look like he detailed them. The interior was clean but there were white cleaner marks all over the place that had to be scratched off with my nail. I looked in the bed of my truck and there were the same leaves in there from when I took it there he didn’t even hose it out! I texted him and voiced my concern and he said his eyes were getting bad and he guaranteed his work and he would make it right. I texted back and asked him when he could do it again and I never heard from him again. I wondered to myself what happened here, I did my research and read all the reviews although all from last year, were good. This was one of my many issues moving up here to the Pocono’s. Everyone rips you off. Takes your money for things you need to get done and either leaves and you never see them again or they don’t complete the job. I had to go to another detailer in Brodheadsville and pay them another 400 to do the right job. I went by the sheriff’s office and showed them the truck and they said they would file a report and check into it.

I feel taken advantage of knowing that Kati let me walk out of her studio with a garment that had blatant craftsmanship issues, and I do wonder how many brides leave Topaz Thimble with poor quality alterations to their gowns. After meeting with the other seamstress, I emailed Kati explaining that I did not feel comfortable returning to Topaz Thimble to have the work corrected given the quality of the original alterations. I requested a refund to help cover the cost of the remediation work. In her response, Kati refused to acknowledge the issues identified and refused to provide any type of refund. Kati stated that I was not a sewing expert and stopped responding to any follow up from my side. I submitted a dispute to my credit card company citing unsatisfactory quality for services rendered and included all correspondence and photographs. After reviewing the case, the bank sided with me and refunded my money. I feel this speaks to the credibility of the review. Overall, when choosing someone to work on one of the most important garments in your life, I recommend you choose someone who has an immense amount of experience and attention to detail. Find someone who will not cut corners, and most importantly, someone who is kind and customer focused. You will not find this with Topaz Thimble.

inexpensive restoration. Well after almost 4 years it was neither quick nor cost effective. There were some unexpected things that no one could have predicted, but I put put my trust in Fort Pitt Classic Cars and Ron Libengood to restore my car the right way from start to end. Unfortunately that trust was misplaced and I feel that Fort Pitt Classic Cars and Ron Libengood took advantage of my trust…..I do not restore cars and hired who I thought were experienced professionals (experts) and relied on their expertise to complete my project the correct way from state to finish in a professional manner to industry standards- I was paying for a “cruise quality” restoration.
Check out the contract (attached)- when invoices are payable upon receipt and if not paid, work is stopped on your car. My contract clearly states 125% for materials, but I was charged 130%.
First, there are over 30 cars at any time getting “restored” at Fort Pitt and their project management is lackluster at best. Many cars at the same stage seem to create log jams and very long waits to get work completed. I found I had to wait unreasonably long times to get to the “next stage” of my restoration and I always seemed to have charges popping at for “earlier stage” work.
11/14/19 - I was billed $160.50 for a vehicle assessment, which I paid on upon receipt - on 12/19/19 I was given an estimate of $17,888.26 to restore the mechanical portion of my vehicle. On 2/17/2020 I was given an estimate for a total restoration- mechanical/body/upholstery of $58,008. Work commenced on my vehicle in March of 2020. Due to covid delays, turnover, not being able to find parts, etc. this project took almost 4 years. I finally pulled my vehicle from Fort Pitt after over 3 years of them “restoring” it- they did body work and mechanical only and I ended up paying over $130,000 for their “work” and considerable out of pocket expense for parts I sourced myself.
We had numerous conversations about cost containment to no avail. Even after the cost containment conversations they they decided to tell me that there we thousands of hours where I was not charged their $5/hr shop supply fee. I told them I was unwilling to pay this charge, however the owner fought to make me pay this but eventually gave me a “credit” for this amount- it was their oversight!
I instructed them from the onset of the project not to do anything with the windshield wiper/spray system as this was going to be a CA car- I told this to the body shop crew, the mechanical crew and sales crew. I was still charged for this and when I brought it to the owner’s attention I was told their policy was to comply with PA State law/inspections and I would be charged as this was their “policy”. I explained to him, I told him, his sales manager, body employee and mechanical employee that I told everyone this from the onset of the project, this was going to be a California car and I would expect them to do what their clients want.
Our contract clearly states they will charge 125% for materials, and they charged 130%. They did not source most parts- I had to source them myself and have them sent to Fort Pitt. They never actually fixed/restored most of the issues with my car. They were unable to diagnose most things and even when they did their diagnosis was incorrect or their fix was incorrect and the issues had to be re-worked multiple times, clearly churning my bill.
I was also charged 3 hours labor- over $300 for labeling an inoperable parking brake and putting it in the trunk of my vehicle. I told them I would pay 5 minutes for this but was still billed for 18 minutes.
Fort Pitt unable to fabricate door gaskets but I was still charged for this work- and they were available for purchase (attached). I told them not to do anything with the power antenna but work was still performed on this (I told mechanical shop and body shop). Also door gaskets unsuccessfully fabricated by Fort Pitt, however I was charged and I did find them for sale and we used those.
For all 7 windows I had to get the motors sent out to be re-built because Fort Pitt was unable to get them working. I would think that a shop that specializes in classic car restoration would be able to rebuild window motors- they were not (attached charges). Not only did I get to pay to have them rebuilt, I got to pay for Fort Pitt’s unsuccessful rebuild and lots of time for them to ship them to be rebuilt. Additionally, I was charged for 30 minutes for them having to “find a box that was sent to chrome”- I do not believe I should be charged for Fort Pitt’s disorganization/misplacing parts.
Found horn wire- which the misplaced and gathered information for ordering parts (not sure what because doesn’t work satisfactorily)- so I’m charged for Fort Pitt misplacing parts (description attached).
Windshield install- charged for the same work multiple times on the same day (see attached).
1/25/22- I get to pay for them to wash my vehicle because it’s collected dust because they’ve taken so long to get work done (attached charge).
To me it seemed like there was little oversight when it came to billing at best or at worst time was being inflated and did not accurately convey actual amount time spent on tasks. I was billed $300 for hours with no description (there are multiple changes like this attached to my review). I was also charged 3 hours labor- over $300 for labeling an inoperable parking brake and putting it in the trunk of my vehicle. I told them I would pay 5 minutes for this but was still billed for 18 minutes.
They have over 30 cars that they’re restoring at a time and have to continuously “put parts away” and “take parts out”- look at all of these bills for them moving around parts and my car due to their backup.
I’m paying for “post paint corrections”, it seems like if there was an issue with paint and it needed to be “corrected” that should be a cost Fort Pitt covers.
Work was done on AC, however it still doesn’t work (attached description)
Paying for them to drive to body shop to pick up car that is 1 mile away but apparently takes 14 minutes to get there…I’ve done this drive. It takes no more than 5 if you’re driving at a snail’s pace. (Attached charge)
When I initially wrote a review that Ron did not like, rather than calling me (his client that paid him over 100K over 4 years to discuss making things right), I received a cease and desist letter from his attorney (attached). Not the type of interaction you would expect from someone who you’ve entrusted with your car, paid six figures to for work “completed” in an unsatisfactory matter. I’ve attached the letter with redacted portions to this review.
The worst part of all is when I finally got my car out of Fort Pitt I took it elsewhere to get the interior completed and when they removed the carpet, etc (which to my understanding was completely removed by Fort Pitt) they found rust all over the floor/inside the body cavity. Since the car was already painted, etc- I have two options (I was told by my new shop the first thing that should have been done is the floor acid washed to remove all rust and then new steel welded where needed) 1. Start from scratch- essentially scrapping ALL of the work that Fort Pitt has done to my car since it was not done sequentially correct; or 2. Open up the floor, clean as much rust off the floor/from inside the body cavity as possible and then weld/seal the floor. Pictures attached and description of estimate from new shop attached.
I believe that Ron Libengood is a horrible human being and due to my interactions with him and Fort Pitt Classic Cars, I do not believe anyone should entrust their restoration project or automobile him or Fort Pitt Classic Cars.

with our teeth, Dr. Lucas not only thoroughly explains what the problem is, but always shows it on the xrays for me to see and explains why there is a problem in the first place. I always get explanations of all the ways tooth can be treated, and how to avoid these problems. If I ever have a question, it is always answered with the most expertise and thoroughness. I am 46 years old and have been treated by other dentists in the past, but Dr. Lucas and her team are the best! I have never had a dentist who would spend with me as much time at every appointment as Dr Lucas does. Dr. Lucas is an excellent dentist with a comforting nature. I had 6 fairly large fillings done on my front teeth today and had no pain whatsoever when the anesthetic wore off or during treatment. I could not recommend Prime Dental enough!
It is a really nice school for students who qualify. The staff is dedicated and the organization as a whole prioritizes the students' well-being. I'm glad to be here.

As time passed, I didn't receive my refund check, so I emailed the company again on May 30, 2023, to inquire about the status of my money. Rick, the operations manager, replied that I should receive my refund on June 10, 2023, in two weeks. However, no check arrived by June 12, 2023, and several calls to the company went unanswered. I sent another email, stating that if I didn't receive my refund by June 14, 2023, I would file a complaint with the BBB, the PA Attorney General Bureau of Consumer Protection, and leave a poor rating online.
Finally, on June 14, 2023, I received an email from the company stating that my refund check had been issued.
I haven't received my refund check as of 6/24/23. My next step is to take legal action in small claims court. I hope the company doesn't go bankrupt before I can receive my money.

The company I purchased the items from doesn't have any answers and apparently this company doesn't either. There is no excuse why a package is still sitting in New Jersey? I bought a Golden lift chair from Progressive Mobility in Washington Pennsylvania. The chair was over 2000. dollars and was a custom order.
I have a part that snapped from off of the motor that raises the foot rest of the chair. I'm trying to replace that part. The part is a plastic screw in fork that goes into the shaft that lifts the leg part of recliner. I ordered one off of Amazon, but the fork was a little too large and will not work. I don't need a technician to come to my home to fix it because all I need is the replacement part. I can put the part on myself. Its not hard to repair, but is hard to get parts for my chair. I do not know where to buy them. I just need the fork that screws into the shaft so the leg lift will rise. After the fork screws in, I can re insert the pin to allow the chair to lift the leg part of the recliner. I do not know where I can order that part and without that fork my chair is useless and will not work. My chair is still under warranty, but the warranty is useless because I cannot get the parts I need without a technician coming to my home. Again, I do know what's wrong with the chair and I just need that part. Progressive mobility only wants to send a technician out to charge me money for services I do not need. I simply need a part. They will not sell me the part. They said that they do not sell parts, even though I paid alot of money at their store for this chair that is supposed to be under warranty. The catch is even under warranty if a tech comes out to your home, you pay for those services. You pay for the labor and the service call. So even under warranty the store you buy the chair from, still makes money off of service calls by not selling you the parts so you can fix it yourself.
Like I said, this expensive chair is useless unless you can get the part to fix it. I would hope that Golden would want to make this right somehow. It's terrible because I really need my legs lifted and the longer I can't use my chair the more pain I have in my legs. This chair is medically necessary for me. I am so miserable without the use of my chair. I just want everyone to know to be aware that it's hard to get parts for these chairs. You can know how to place the new part on the chair, but if you can't get the parts you can't repair the chair. Buyer beware. I'm so upset about my chair, and I love the chair when it works.

Joe is nice but doesn’t send the stuff you need with your TPN. The reason why I didn’t get my vitamins was bc I was in the hospital. Funny thing is I got my delivery on a Friday and ended up in the hospital on a Saturday. Excuses, excuses.

Martha the manager justifies all of this. You think I’m enjoying this?
These people don’t care about the patients. Christine the nurse does but I can say that’s about it. Just because you stick Jefferson in your name doesn’t mean you’re the real deal. These people are as good as fake Jeff Cherry Hill Hospital. If I didn’t need this company I would steer as far away as possible.
This is your warning. Look at the second review! I’m not the only one. I’m a good patient until you put my health at risk. Then you question why I’m angry and I am the one who becomes the horrible patient. My team is watching you… mess up again, you’ll deal with someone who will rip your company to shreds! We had a bathtub and surround put in our bathroom. This company hires whoever might show up to do the work, 3 different people came and looked at job, them never showed. Once a crew did show my 1 1/2 day job took them 6 days while not showing up till after noon and twice staying till midnight (they were to show at 8am). then leaked for the next few days down to basement, they said it was plumber mistake on tub plumbing, it was not. The hot and cold water are reversed, really. I've had to replumb and replace their attempt to caulk the tub and walls. They used a furring strip as moulding at edge of tub surround. Paul then asked me to pay more due to it taking longer, didn't happen. I can not recommend this company to anyone for any job, stay far away from this company. Anyone would have done a better job themselves.
