I started falling, usually head first and the last time in Christmas Eve, I wound up in the hospital with 8 stitches in my forehead. Scarey but thankfully my doctor didn’t hesitate to send me back to Maximum. Their support and knowledge of anatomy is amazing. I felt like Humpty Dumpty but now i feel sooo much better. (mostly) They can tell when i walk in for an appointment how my balance is (or isn’t) working. Can’t say enough about them.

I booked 10 days. We changed the date of arrival and Paul was very accommodating adding the additional 2 days. The time arrived and drop off was seamless. Paul greeted us at the door and both dogs immediately went to him as he got on the floor to snuggle. I left with peace of mind that they were in good hand.
Paul kept us informed of their happenings and included pictures. Both dogs looked happy and content. The dogs had a coming home bath and nails trimmed. Pick up was as easy as drop off. Paul was waiting with Vandi and Zoomer and I wondered if they would rather stay!
The check in location is spotless, clean and doesn't smell like a dog or some strange odor to cover up an unpleasant smell. We have found the perfect place for Vandi and Zoomer's home away from home.

He again "groomed" me by telling me roto rooter or anyone else would charge 1300, 1500, or more for the job.. He again "groomed" by saying he would cap the price of repair at 650. I disagreed. I asked him to cut the price given the situation. He would not. I had paid him 450 up front. Owed him 200 upon completion. I should NOT HAVE PAID HIM final 200 and suggested him to take me to small claims. But i didn't. I PAID HIM 650 for 45 minutes, and he said he often gets 2000 for 45 minutes, as if i should be grateful.. And he had to do NOTHING of the complicated shit he claimed he would have to do. I asked him to give me a break on the last 200. He would not!!! DUDE IS A SCOUNDREL !!! Be careful if u deal with this guy. He is a swindler!!!!! The adjuster informed us, that due to the loss exhausting the limit of the policy, they would be unable to pay Worldwide Restoration directly, and that our client, or our client’s mortgage company would need to pay the bill from the proceeds of the building check issued.
As our client had a mortgage company listed as a payee on his check for the building damage, we signed off the check and sent it to our client to present to his mortgage company. We also sent to our client, your bill, for presentation to his mortgage company for payment to you. It is our understanding that our client had contacted you directly regarding your bill.

The second time; we had a noise in the front end when we got it back. Their assessment was that the dust shield was bent against the rotor, and they bent it away. The vehicle was there because the wheel got shoved into the suspension in an accident; don't you think you might have fixed ALL the bent pieces before returning the vehicle?!?
This time; they painted over either crappy body work or damage that should have been fixed, didn’t fade/blend the new paint into the unrepainted areas (so you can clearly see a difference where the repairs where made), and my headlights point at different levels!! With the headlights; they say that they see a headlight error on the dash, but can't figure out why. Really?!?! Anyway; their solution is to order another set of headlights. This will be the THIRD set of headlights for this ONE repair; maybe the headlights aren't the problem?!?

I did mention that I was upset, however I never remember giving them a bad review. I don't think it is right to hurt a small business, however if that business never sells to you again simply because of the honest truth it is not fair. I am fine with the outcome I just went and got my stuff from a few other places, and I do believe the products I bought are much nicer. I am happy they cancelled my order because I am not wanting to do business with such unsavory characters. At 2:44 pm the office called asking to reschedule our appointment to Wednesday! We told them we could not, we were without heat and hot wate, that is why we agreed to an emergency service call. The office receptionist said she would call us back to let us know when the technician would arrive, because he was held up at a previous job. She did not call back. At 4:33 pm we called back to inquire what was going on, they didn't answer so we left a message. We tried again at 4:47, same thing no answer - left a message. We tried yet again at 5:37 pm, still no answer and no call back. It's now more than 24 hours later and no one has called back. This is how they treat their customers! We used to refer Hughes to others all the time - not anymore, but we will be sure to tell everyone of the disgraceful lack of service and empty promises. They left a senior citizen without heat and hot water and didn't even have the common courtesy or respect to respond in any way! Shame on you Hughes Cooling and Heating!

was ever completed. I started leaving the same detailed lists with Maria, as a double check, along with photos and even that only helped keep them on track minimally. They promised us a certain veil. We showed up to see a rectangular shaped piece of lace sewn onto the bottom of a curved veil. They did take it off, only to replace it with another piece of lace that was also NOT what was promised, even though I showed them both a photo previously. Maria offered to try and find the promised lace( though Nicole told us they did not have it any more) but by this time we were so disillusioned with their service I told them to please sew it on so that we were sure to have something in time. The neck was lowered, only to find it was higher on one side during the next fitting. Each new fitting visit we arrived to find that the owner had never completed what we requested the week before, even though that initial list never changed. The worst part was a few weeks before the wedding. During a previous visit Nicole pinned a beautiful criss-cross bustle in place. My daughter and I saw it and said it would work perfectly! I relayed what Nicole did to Maria hoping that between the 2 of them we would see the desired alteration the next week. The following week-nothing was done & we were told by Nicole that the dress could NOT be bustled and the train had to be cut off! We reminded her that she had it pinned the week before but she insisted it could not be done and said our only option was to cut off the train! The once immaculate designer Italian lace dress would now become only a portion of what my daughter had envisioned 2 weeks before her wedding. I called Maria the next day to ask how the dress would now be hemmed to avoid more problems. Maria assured me she would work with Nicole to make sure that it wouldn't be sewn straight across and agreed it would look bad with a straight hem. Fast forward to the next visit only to see that beautiful lace bottom hemmed straight across the bottom with a horrible uneven hem!
At least 3 times we were promised help with the chest area & we had to find a solution ourselves. From the beginning they told us they would help with the see thru areas. Nicole once again told us nothing could be done to fix a small area, 2 weeks prior to the wedding! Maria kindly jumped in and said 2 small pieces of lace could be sewn in to cover the area. Nicole then told us that she didn't have time to do it since she had 2 other dresses to do! Mind you-it was 2 weeks before the wedding and we had been in for at least 5 other fittings where much did not get done! We even rescheduled one of our appointments so they could work on a different wedding party one week. Then when WE needed a few extra moments, Nicole wanted us to come back for a 7th time! What started out being the most meaningful part of my daughters wedding preparation ended up being the most angst producing, negative memory that my daughter will never forget. Do not trust this shop with intricate alterations!

just grateful that I am going to have extra keys. Something I thought would be fairly quick and easy ended up being a pain in the ass because I forgot that my battery was starting to go bad so the key guys ended up leaving me with 2 keys that they said will work once I replace the battery. I was also reassured that if anything went wrong it would be a quick and easy fix since one of the employees works here in Shamokin. This is where i am really starting to feel uneasy but everything will be awesome, right? WRONG!
Friday morning I wake up to a sweeper ticket and I get a new battery. NOPE! Key turns the ignition but the cars anti-theft system has the engine locked. Keys don't work. So I call Instacarkey, they take forever to get back to me, have a million excuses starting with Covid and it changes to Rhinovirus. Yeah, alright I get it, people get sick, staffing can be short, problems happen. BUT, to simply not show up when you say you will, not make a phone call to let waiting customers know you're running late or just not going to come, That's not ok. So no one showed up on Friday.
Saturday, let's play this game again. Called over and over and finally got a response in the afternoon that someone would be here at 4:30. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Nope. No call, No show....
So, here it is Sunday. I've run out of patience. I believe I called 7 times before I got a return call. That call basically amounted to me being harassed by the employee. When I demanded that they give me what I pay for he proceeded to tell me I'm a F**king retard because I own a piece of shit car, he said a lot of other colorful things including that i'm a typical Shamokin piece of shit. He also said that the poor customer service I received was my fault because I was the idiot that lost the key. Shouldn't he be grateful that I lost the key, so he could have the job? Anyway, he was even more beligerant and degrading when I said that if he did not give me what I paid for I would be able to file a complaint for Consumer Fraud. I was also told, "it's not 1984 anymore, the customer is never right." Let me add, he tried to tell me Rhinovirus is more deadly than Coronavirus (wtf lol) which has nothing to do with their poor business practices.
I received 2 more calls this morning, one was to let me know that someone will be here at some point today to fix the keys. He said it would most likely be evening because of course 11 of 12 employees are out sick. The second call was to inform me that someone would actually be on their way earlier than expected. I said you can cancel your trip to Shamokin.
I truly believe this "company" only has 2 employees and neither one of them is competent enough to be running a business. Any reputable business should be eager to fix a situation like this. I am sure I will never get compensated for the money they took. The things that upset me the most is the blaming of the customer because they failed to do their job and when asking that they give me what i paid for they became vile and disgusting.
I ended the morning by making an appointment with the company that I should have called in the first place. He came as quick as he could and got the job done from start to finish in about 30 minutes. He also told me that he had a similar call last week where another customer in Shamokin had 2 keys made by Instakey and they did not work.

and spoke with Kyle. I spoke with him and the next day he came to our house. We have almost a 1/2 acre of land and when he walked around he pointed out what our issues were and why we could not get good grass growing. Turfcor has a 7 treatment plan ( our first 2 treatments were with the other company we hired ) so we started with Turfcor at the third treatment. Kyle said we had bent grass and other types of grass and weed we had to get rid of. So we had 3 special treatments for those specific areas and have seen tremendous results. We are now in the fall and have seen outstanding progress, much more than we could ever expect. Kyle told us just wait and see the results come next spring. Turfcor is a great company with excellent knowledge of growing grass and lawn maintenance. Most of all Kyle was very honest right from the beginning and everything he told us would happen, has happened and his customer service is second to none. If you are not happy with your lawn service call them, you will never have to call another company again!
