Advantages nothing Comment Stay away! Please do not give Scott any of your money! He is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with and frankly a stone cold liar. He did the concrete around our pool and it was a total disaster. He poured the concrete around the pool twice, once in April(didn't seal it) and poured the rest of the concrete in June!!! Needless to say, it was two different colors! Took him another month to seal it. The concrete color does not match, it has a white chalky

Advantages I have a Kia Soul Special Edition 2016 Two tone Red & White. My car looked sparkling as if it was brand new. The interior looked and smelled like a new car. The Ties break through so there's no way to hold the bag closed when emptying into the garbage can. Walmart needs to read these reviews and quit ordering them, because I see no one likes them! Advantages Atmosphere, price, Staff, food very helpful from reserving room for family game night to making sure we stayed hydrated refilling our beverages. The pricing was great for the food package that we got and our family had a ball. It's great to know a local then you can accommodate families and friends for game day and we didn't even have to do ax throwing, they have board games and other games we played.. including jenga, a giant connect four, taboo and other fun games. Comment This daycare has changed managers so many times. This new manager Ms V is running it into the ground. They are closed More than they are opened, but have no problem sending you an invoice for services. The manner and tone in which messages are sent to parents are insane. The annual check up would have been covered by my insurance, but the sick visit isn't. I ended up getting a bill in the mail. Disadvantages Learn from my experience and think twice before booking here. They do hire ambassadors that are paid to promote and speak highly of the business so take what you see online with a grain of salt. I am your average customer who was just hoping to find a local, black owned spa to visit frequently, but I will never step foot in this salon again. My nail tech Lisa showed up over 10 minutes late which if it were me who showed up over 10 minutes late would’ve been assessed a $10 fee. No apologies

from anyone regarding her lateness or anything, then I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for her to get set up. This honestly wouldn’t have been that bad had the duration of my experience with this company not played out how it did. My nails were finished at 12:30p by 7:30p my index press on fell off. Gel X should last at least 3 weeks. I called them as soon as it happened and got no answer although their store hours say they are open until 8:30p (maybe should fix that if not accurate). Did not get a response until I showed up this morning. The receptionist was speaking to me as if it were my fault for bringing the error to their attention pretty much telling me there’s not much they can do and that the nail tech who did it would have to fix it and she’s booked. I made it very clear I wasn’t leaving without a refund or the nail being fixed, which is only right given the fact that this was an $80 service!! The receptionist accidentally texted me meaning to text my nail tech telling her that I was being demanding. How am I being painted as antagonistic when I’m the one that received poor service?! You can see below she sent a message and then unsent it…. It was like she wanted me to see it. After waiting about 90 minutes the nail was fixed and then.. ANOTHER NAIL CAME OFF! At this point it’s apparent that the nails weren’t applied correctly. I mean look at the pictures on top of the missing nails, you can see my actual nail under the press ons! I ride back up there and this time I speak with Anissa the owner who agreed the nails should not be coming off this soon, but also went out of her way to negate my experience in the same breath “well I never had a problem when she did my nails” , “sometimes a change in the weather can cause this, but it’s not common”. She said all she can do is give me $35 of the $80 back and I spent $135 here! I even offered maybe they can be redone with better prep and she said “I don’t own Lisa it would be up to her if she wants to redo them.” I had to glue the thumb nail back on myself! So pretty much I just have to deal with paying $45 for nails that I would have never paid for period had I known the quality would be so bad and at this rate more nails are going to continue to come off, I just feel so gypped and misled. She gave a 25% off as well, but given the rude nail tech who cursed through out my entire appointment, had no clue what services I was getting and was about to blindly perform the wrong ones without checking, and kept pausing my service to put in food orders for her coworkers… I obviously wouldn’t come back. Businesses have become so money hungry, I would have loved to rectify this issue and just chalk it up to an honest mistake and give them another try, but people would rather antagonize you than admit they dropped the ball and make it right. At least I know for the future where not to go. Update: It is May 14 2023 (the next day after repair) and as if it couldn’t get any worse the index nail that was “fixed” split completely in half from me doing absolutely nothing!! Like most women, I've had a variety of haircutters, most good, some great, and a handful of truly awful. But of all the ex-Barry Leonard staff that I've used in the past, David is the best. I'm always pleased with my new 'do, and so is he!!! And if that's not enough, the shop is very comfortable, and honestly looks like my living room (although he needs an upright piano).
