    I’ve been meaning to write this for a while, I had an excellent experience with OrthoAlexander and the awesome staff/family. Needless to say, I was not thrilled about having to get braces again and this time as an adult. But I really felt like it couldn’t have been a better experience. I only had to go into the office a handful of times, because I was able to do this awesome virtual check-in every week with Dr. Alexander through an app. It was really easy, and super convenient.     To keep it short… WOW. This place is extremely welcoming, I walked in not knowing what, when, or how I was going to get the things I needed done. They were able to go above and beyond on multiple things accommodating my schedule, answering every question even my silly ones, and making the process smooth.

    However, the thing that really sets them apart is how welcoming the staff is, and they actually think ahead for you. I am moving away to FL and no longer able to come here anymore. I did not     … – show

    This was my second time going through orthodontic treatment, so I was very picky about my entire treatment the second time around. Dr Drew listened very well to every concern I had. He explained what could, and could not be done for all my requests. I was concerned my teeth would not turn out how I wanted them to look like, but Dr Drew definitely seems like he cared about the results of my teeth.

    Dr Alexander and Dr.Drew father and son team are a dynamic duo he’s oldschool knows his stuff and his son is new school knows all the latest innovative ways to transform your teeth to the greatest smile possible I had my braces on for 1 year and they dialed me in got my straightened out then when the braces came off I had some chips and rough edges because I grind at night so dr drew did some final touches to beautify my grill and it turned out beautiful I couldn’t be more pleased and just grate … – show

    We are new to the practice. We really like it thus far. Both Dr. Alexander Senior and Junior are very nice and attentive to my child’s needs. Also the office staff is very friendly.

    The Drs Alexander and the entire office are so wonderful! I started going about 5 years ago, just to have continued follow ups from my original orthodontist in Tennessee. I have a particularly nasty grinding issue when I am under stress and managed to break two sets of retainers! Dr Alexander just smiled and made me a special tougher pair that I have yet to break.

    Until I met Dr. Alexander, my dental and orthodontic experiences were nightmarish. I can remember clearly when my first orthodontist told me, as a 7-year-old, that my teeth were terrible and that I would eventually need headgear to fix the problem with which I had been born. He immediately scheduled me for an oral surgery that removed all my remaining baby teeth and 6 permanent teeth, saying that it was necessary for my mouth to ever be normal.     I have two boys who have been going to see Dr. Alexander for 5 years. Their braces have been on for a long time because their adult teeth have been slow to emerge. We have found Dr. Alexander and his staff to be pleasant and friendly most of the time. The office can get crowded but it's clean and well-maintained. One of my sons has a medical condition that requires twice yearly MRI's of his head, in order to avoid artifacts it is imperative that he have no metal in his mouth. My son's brackets … – show

    I just got my colors changed for my Braces. Everyone is so helpful and I love how they help me pick my colors. They even remembered I went on a school trip last month and asked how it was. Everyone here make me feel special. Thanks everyone see you next month!!!

    I would recommend Dr. Alexander to anyone who asks! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Alexander is a perfectionist and will make sure you leave with the best smile possible. My teeth would not be as beautiful as they are today if I had gone to anyone else and the years of braces and retainers have been totally worth it!

    Both of my daughters (ages 9 & 11) are under Dr. Alexander's care and we have had a great experience! He is up to date on the newest technology which has allowed for quick results for both of my daughters teeth/jaw allignment..transformations in process! His staff are friendly and we always get right in at our appointment time. The best part is Dr. Alexander always has a smile on his face and he is cheerful even when he is busy working away on their teeth. Service with a smile.

    Dr. Alexander is wonderful. All 3 of my kids are under his care. We liked him so much that we followed him when he switched office locations. The other day my son had an orthodontic emergency on a weekend and he came in on a Sunday to fix the problem. He is very dedicated to the care of his patients!

    It's as good a place as you can ask for for your orthodontist. They get you in and out quickly, they're very nice, and they're very informative and easy to understand about which treatments would be best for you and what the pricing is for each one. No complaints here.

    I first got to know Dr. Alexander in the 90th when my dentist recommended him. I started to take my kids to see him about 5 years ago. Dr. Alexander is very professional and trustworthy. He'd checked my son for 3 years for free before my son was ready for braces. My son was on braces for 2 years and now he is off the braces. The result is great.     Using Dr. Alexander's facility has always been a pleasant experience. He was recommended to us approximately 7 years ago and throughout that time he has seen both my children for orthodontic work. His staff is friendly, professional and always listens to their patients. You will always walk into his office seeing smiles!

    I have been coming to Dr. Alexander for over a year now. I shopped around at 3 different orthodontists and there were 3 main reasons that this group stood out from the others: 1. It was the only place where during my initial exam the doctor actually looked in my mouth himself and talked through what he thought my options were. 2. The staff was extremely nice and were all smiling. 3. I am allergic to latex and this office is latex-free (other than the rubber bands for braces, but they had non- … – show

    DR. RANDOLPH was great and the staff is very friendly. DR. RANDOLPH was thorough and the treatment is in very high quality. I am still in the process of my treatment and will update the recommendation.

    Highly Recommend for adult Orthodontics.
