Why doesn't Nicelocal publish all user reviews?

We don't publish reviews that:
- contain information that might break the law
- represent advertising content
- are posted by by review-writing companies or from the same computer under various names
- are indecent or uncivilized. This includes profanity and offensive language
- do not contain information about the company's activities or are not constructive (the user criticizes the company, but doesn't say exactly what they don't like)
- contain links to external resources
- refer to services the company doesn't actually offer
- are left by employees who have been fired
- are about employees who never worked at the company or have been fired
- are currently being used by the owner to resolve a conlflict
