    I have nothing but good things to say. My laptop was dead…dead… dead. Some unsuspecting culprit had tried to take its life overnight. I'm a mystery writer so it seemed like doom and gloom to the death of my beloved, as well as my books and career. I called on a Monday and had my laptop to them within half an hour.     Installed a new hard drive for me and cleaned my PC. Very responsive and kept me informed as the hard drive I had purchased was different than the SSD that was in my laptop already, so I had to replace the HDD. It all worked out in the end and they were very professional and courteous about everything. Would recommend and will be doing business with them again.

    John was a pleasure to work with. He even took the extra step to show me the damaged parts that were replaced and once the parts were received it was fixed astonishingly fast.

    I definitely recommend JB Computer Networking and Repair for all of your computer repair needs. They are very professional and extremely knowledgable. Great work with great pricing costs! They are also one of the most responsive companies I've ever done business with… and that was wonderful and refreshing! Go with them… you won't be disappointed!

    This is the place to go when you need fast professional same day service!
    Brought my laptop in and it was repaired in few hours. My lap top now runs faster than when I first bought it. Don't waste your time going to places that tell you to come and pick it up in a few days.

    JB Computer Networking is now my go to for computing needs. My Samsung laptop would no longer boot up. John had the issues diagnosed within hours and repaired in 12 hours!     I brought my computer in because it was having many issues… More than I feel like typing. But I decided to message JB Computer Networking and Repair Inc. Not only did I recieve an immediate response at 9pm at night but was willing to have it brought in to him at the same time.     I came into Phx for a family reunion from the East Coast. The first morning here, I could not get my computer to boot up. After a little internet research for someone that could run diagnostics on it, I decided to use JB Computer Repair. John was very responsive and quickly found the problem and advised me of options.
