While he did my lash extensions we talked I felt like I was relaxing at home with a friend. Now I'm IN LOVE with my lashes! It's been 6 days since they were done and I still have not lost a single lash! I highly recommend mike for your beauty needs. Mike cares a great deal for his work and his clients. Mr. Vaudrin took it upon himself to call me 3 times and text me over 20 times starting at 9:47 PM (!!!) to let me know how I had wasted his money and time. I do feel badly about missing my appointment and regret it, but his response was a) extremely unprofessional and b) rather unnerving. Ladies, please go somewhere else to get your extensions. Company's official reply January 18, 2021, 8:52 pmThe evening text was auto generated by my program scheduler when I was processing my appointment calendar for that day and marked your appointment as a “No show.” I understand that you were upset to get that text and you expressed that in your reply. I shared my frustrations. My salon is by appointment only and I am only at the salon when servicing or waiting for clients. It is ok to cancel appointments but it would be great to provide a courtesy call. You posted in your personal Facebook that y ou had a few glasses of wine when you got that text and called me the “a” word. The conversation went downhill from there. We exchanged text messages after that, neither one of us happy with the experience. Beyond that however, stating that someone or a business is unsafe without legal basis is inappropriate. It is a personal attack and defamatory. I pose no harm and don’t plan on doing so. I am a business owner that is just trying to make a living. You posted on your personal Facebook asking your friends to post a negative feedback on my business even if they don’t have any interactions with me or my business. This is defamation of character and you are soliciting people to participate. It was inappropriate to receive a feedback from your friend Brittany Holloway a few hours after your feedback, when your friend did not have any interaction with me or my business.
