Still fighting about getting charged for 2 tires.
Drove to Tennessee from Michigan, costly enough, now we get charged for 2 new tires. I would like a response from the owner. I have never talked to owner, avoids all disputes. If you own a company you got to deal with the bad things too, not just pretend its all good all the time. Brimstone took care of us, will always go there from now on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Nobody gives straight a nswers. β¦ β show
in this case I have to. We rented two 4 seater
commanders from here and they were the most
unreliable side by sides. They first had no power to
them which made it difficult in the trails. On top of
the fact that they continually overheated to the
point where it took us 3—4 hours to get back to the
rental place. This resulted in us only having a few
hours to ride. We ended up popping the rear tire,
and when they came to help us they basically tol d
us good luck getting back and it took them an
hour to get to us. We only ended up riding for
about 3 hours and got charged for the whole day
on top of having to pay for the tire. β¦ β show
4 people, two side by sides) of renting and driving side by sides. Both drivers had some experience off roading so not rookies. We had just a great day on the trails that Brandon plotted for us. Great ride!!!
Our experience with Brandon, who checked us in and out, was the exclamation point of the day! The way he explained things to us in a professional and understanding manner was over the top. Yes, he covered the basics , but also patiently answered all our questions and more. Kudos to Brandon for how he treated us. β¦ β show
We rented a four seat unit with a 1000 CC Engine for around $460 per day with all fees included. I had to be towed up 2 hills that had small shelves in them due to lack of power. RPM's were limited to 5000 and did not allow the clutch to function properly in many situations. Gravel road riding was limited to 22 MPH while going uphill with 4 people. Downhill was obviously sufficient.
I would consider this “False Advertising”. If I wanted a poor performing machine, I would rent a 570CC unit. I have rented from several places and never had this experience.
I have owned 4 SxS/ATV machines in the past 18 years and average over 9500 miles per unit before I trade, so I would consider myself a very safe and experienced rider. β¦ β show
