Mr. Scarpetta (Third Coast Premier Pools) still owes our family a full-refund of our pool project deposit balance after he suddenly resigned the project in August 2022 after failing to progress the project even through the initial permit submission process with Piney Point Village over a 5+ month period of March - August 2022.
Mr. Scarpetta initially refused to provide the refund despite failing to progress the project through permits, but later relented after Piney Point Village found that his design breached a material setback rendering his design work completely useless. Mr. Scarpetta then agreed in writing in mid-October 2022 to provide the deposit refund, but has only provided just under 51% as of the posting of this review.
We continue to remind Mr. Scarpetta of his written commitment to refund our deposit in-full. After receiving only a partial payment in December 2022, Mr. Scarpetta has been completely unresponsive to reminder communications from both myself and the builder that recommended him for the project.
The above are actual facts that can be backed up via written correspondence with Mr. Scarpetta and not based on subjective opinion.
The unfortunate circumstance of hiring Mr. Scarpetta set us back the better part of a year given we had to rehire and take the project back to design & planning given the setback errors etc.
We feel fortunate to have transitioned the project to a reputable pool builder that has a track record of dependability & execution in the Memorial Villages for more than 30-years.

. They bought some cheap plastic hand rails, after i told him that will not work, he claimed he couldn't find them. So i went right down the street to Lowe's and bought them myself. They didn't seal around the tub or around the door trim they removed. They didn't replace the soap dish or the towel rack they removed. They split some of the door trim they removed. Then Denis had the nerve to demand payment before they were even finished. He & my father got into several arguments and the last argument he called the police on my father. They left trash all over the yard & garage, used my tools and destroyed a 5 gal bucket they used to cut the tile. The workers didn't even speak English and he constantly keep going up on the price we had previously agreed on. DG Plumbing is a terrible company!

We have been patients of ABCD pediatrics since moving here summer of 2019, over the past several months it has been impossible to speak with anyone to schedule an appointment, both boys were extremely sick, left several messages but no call back so they were taken to an urgent care office and both children had flu b and strep.

my son came from a facility that provided lunches and he was picky food. I asked if she had any tips for what she thought would be best in dealing with this transition, she had none and was not concerned. I also explained that my child was bored with the curriculum at his previous facility and that we were looking forward to the additional activities offered by FA. I had initially planned to have my son start on 3/20/23, but he was too excited so I called on 3/2/2023 and left a message asking if he could begin on 3/6/23. The Director replied by text that he could start on 3/6/2023. We arrived 7:30AM. The Director was not there. My son’s name was not on the sign-in sheet nor did he a cubby. I left his belonging with the staff who seemed surprised. I called at 9:24AM to check on my son knowing that this was a very different childcare situation for him. The Director said she check on him, he was doing well. At 11:55am the Director called stating my son would not eat his lunch and was screaming. Knowing this was likely a result of him being very hangry I asked if he ate anything. She said he ate the pouch. I said I’ll be there shortly I just need a moment to heat some food for him. A minute later she texted “I am sorry but he hit me and refusing to come to the outer room he will not be able to stay”. I immediately went FA not sure what this meant. When I arrived an older gentleman opened the door, I did not know who he was. He led me to the Director’s office where my son’s belonging were collected. I apologized for his behavior and stated this was something that we had never experienced before. She did not seem to care, she just wanted us to leave. She offered no further details or provided any opportunity to discuss what exactly happened for things escalate to this level. It was shocking and the entire encounter completely confusing. He would not voluntarily get up from the table so, I picked him up and started walking toward the door. She had grabbed his belongings and escorted us out of the building and barely said goodbye. When we got in the truck he was crying and said he didn’t want to be a “Bad Boy”. This caught me off guard, as I have never said such a phrase to my son. I texted Katheen to ask that she explain his interaction up to the point he hit her. She called and said he had refused to complete his schoolwork yelling at his teacher “no no no!” repeatedly. Then at lunch time it continued that he became more upset, screaming, stomping his feet, pushing away his lunch, they took it away and he screamed "No!" they gave it back, but took it away again and he became more upset. She asked the other teachers to try and speak to him to no avail. When she approached him she had crouched down to speak to him and he hit her w/an open hand. I then called his previous childcare facility and they confirmed he had never hit them that they would let him sit to calm himself down on his own and then try again with what he needed to do. This suggested information was omitted by the FA Director. When my husband came home, he asked for more details and I told him what I knew so far. He then called the FA Director himself. He calmly introduced himself and asked for a detailed description of what happened that day. The FA Director was already defensive and angry, her voice shaking and raised and often interrupting his questions barking back "do not challenge me you were not there". She stated that our son refused his snack of pineapple, refused to do his schoolwork, screaming, and would not listen. She stated this continued to lunch and told him what she had told me. When asked what led to him slapping her, with hesitation, she admitted to grabbing our son's wrist to take him to her office and our son slapped her hand from his wrist. Husband asked “you gave up on a 5-year-old child because he slapped your hand?” She stammered “I do not have to talk to you about this” and hung up on him. when asked who told him he was a “bad boy” he said it was the teacher and that she did it in front of the other children and they started calling him a “bad boy” too.

My current dentist informed me that this is theft of services and the amount I paid for up front is for services rendered throughout the entire treatment that they never performed. I am still out over $4,000 with no refund and no invisalign treatment. I live out of state now and have been trying for over 2 years now to get my treatment plan transferred or a refund. I even filed a complaint with the BBB and no responce was issued. The next step they recommended is small claims cout. The Ideal Dental in Waxahachie also kept several thousand dollars that was mistakenly issued to them by my insurance company and has yet to return the money so that my child's current dentist can be paid. That is another several thousand dollars I'm out because the company has chosen not to do the right thing.

options. The gentleman, or should I say crook, who contacted me regarding this Rolex stated that they had all kinds of plans available, and layaway was an option. So I decided to go for it and buy this expensive watch.
I sent Nooramyn Daredia a message and asked about the procedures regarding setting this lawaway up. I informed him I needed about 6 months to pay and that I was currently overseas serving the Department of Defense in support of the war in Ukraine. Mr. Daredia seemed ok with this. I am from the Houston area and still have my home there. I also have a brother that lives in Spring, north of Houston.
Mr. Daredia stated I could send money through Zelle and if it didn’t work out, it was totally refundable. So I did that. I sent him $500 through Zelle at his email address, nooramyn@hotmail.com, and then informed him I did that, to please send me a receipt and anything else. By this time, I had sent my address, phone number and email address. All of a sudden, Mr. Daredia went missing in action. I sent this money to him on the 16th of February. He finally responded on the 18th. By this time, the deal had already been tainted. I no longer wanted anything to do with Mr. Daredia or his shady business. I simply asked for my refund and we could both go on about our business. Mr. Daredia asked for proof that I sent the money in, which I sent to him via Facebook Messenger. At that point, Mr. Daredia stated I was a scam, he wasn’t returning my money, and then he blocked me from his account. He also removed the watch from Facebook, which tells me the watch wasn’t even available to begin with. Mr. Daredia also removed another watch that I was looking at prior to this one, so how do we know if it ever existed as well?
I did call Mr. Daredia business, Jewelzz Gold and Diamonds, located in Baytown, and of course, all I received is an answering machine. I left the business several messages on Facebook Messenger and no one has responded. I sent Mr. Daredia an email because it’s plastered all over his website, but of course, he hasn’t responded.
I served over 34 years in the United States Army, 2 combat tours, been all over the world. Now I serve with DoD in support of the war in Ukraine. I believe my integrity is in check. However, Mr. Daredia has none, is a crook and is willing to steal money from people in hope no one will fight back. I have news for you Mr. Daredia. I have filed a complaint with Facebook, I have filed a complaint with Zelle, I will leave reviews wherever I can regarding this dishonest organization and hope and pray people read this before they come to a crooked soul like you. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau, which I guarantee they are not a member of and lastly, I will file a civil action to in Harris County. I might even contact the local news to inform them how shady this organization is.
All I wanted was my money back. That’s it, nothing more. But to call me a crook when I sent money to Mr. Daredia in good faith doesn’t set well with me. I would like my $500 dollars back and I will never give you an ounce of thought again.

to the store on Hwy 114 in Grapevine. Every year the entire staff is different but I have liked the previous optometrists. This year the optometrist, Opara, was very inexperienced and even though I kept saying the lens was blurry, she stopped after a couple lens changes and said I couldn't use my current glasses because of other reasons. Not because my eyesight had changed because of my astigmatism.
This turned into a ridiculous staring contest with Nicole "mad dogging" me for 15 minutes while she one finger pecked out my prescription in the computer. Went to TTW for some new tires as the ones that were on my truck M/T were not what I was needing for traveling back and forth to CO in the snow.

times to ensure the tires were en-route and was met with excuses every time I spoke to someone at TTW. Tires finally arrived on Thursday and I was able to schedule an installation on Friday. I had concerns with my Rims being scratched as they are brand new 22 inch powder coated FUEL D741 wheels. TTW assured me that they had the best wheel machine in the area and that my wheels would not be scratched.
NOT THE CASE! TTW managed scratching all four rims. One of them so bad it left gauges down to the metal on two sides of the lip and inside the barrel of the rim. I expressed my frustration with the front desk prior to leaving and was assured they would make things right.
TTW wanted me to bring my truck back to them so that they could send the rims away for repair. When I asked them how long that would take they said 2 days minimum.
I took this into my own hands and contacted Fuel. Dr Wheel and a shop down in Houston and also sent them pictures of the damage. Fuel and Dr Wheel said they could not fix the rims so I drove down to the shop in Houston and was turned away by them as well. It's been 10 days since this happened and I have unfortunately come to the realization that my rims are damaged for good and that I made a mistake trusting what I thought was a professional company in caring for my truck.
To top the matter off, TTW is so dysfunctional that they gave me a Tech Work Order from another customer with my payment receipt attached to it (see photos).
GO ELSEWHERE!!! TTW LOOKS GREAT FROM THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, BUT IS NO WEAR NEAR THAT IN REALITY.

A project manager came out to my house two times during the repair work day. The second time he came back out, he checked the elevation of locations where the piers should be. He then supervised the crew members to perform the lift.
He kept checking the elevation and the big gap on the high wall on my side yard until the numbers looked good and the gap closed up.
He said he was willing to come back out again after a couple of months to check on the gap and the elevation numbers to make sure things would go well in the right direction.
I appreciate his effort and work ethics to ensure customer satisfaction. I remembered he kept saying, "we don’t just take customer's money to get the work done and never care about the long-term result and customer's experience".

kitchen sink has scratches all over it and informed Sam less than a week after closing. You can tell that they mishandled and workers use this sink as their trash receptacle or placed some sharp objects on it during building- you can tell as seen in their construction sites, messy and trash everywhere compared to other home builders in the area. So $700-$800 later we had to make some repairs. The next day I went up to the Saddlebrook car wash and spoke to the shop manager “Carlos” and told him this is what happened due to the wrong air filter being put on. I then walked over with him to his computer and he verified that we had had the work done. Carlos went on to say that it’s impossible that they did not put the wrong one in. I then took the air filter and put it in the car and show them how much of a gap there was. You could plainly see there was about a half inch to an inch gap where debris could get past the filter. Carlos started to tell me that I should’ve taken my vehicle to them first instead of going to a mechanic. I told him why would I come to a car wash when I had issues with my car. Carlos took my info down and said someone would call me.
After waiting a couple weeks, I went back and spoke to Carlos and he referred me to another guy who appeared to be the manager. I explain the situation, and he also did not seem to be very helpful. During both times that I went up there I was polite and respectful. Also just because I was recording both times with my phone. The manager said that he would take my information and make copies of my paperwork from Honda and that his boss would submit a claim through their insurance and someone will call me.
After not hear anything for 2-3 months, just before December I called back up there to ask him what the status was and he said someone will call me, but that he didn’t think it got approved. What really pisses me off is that no one called me to even tell me that no they weren’t going to approve the insurance claim and no one from the insurance company even called me or the owners of the business.

They left out the o ring for the transfercase to transmission adapter causing transmission fluid to leak (all over my driveway too!). They also made me believe that my TH400 just couldn't work so I had to buy a rebuilt th350 from them that I asked to be painted black. Nope it was never painted (also I'm just not sure I believe that the th400 didn't actually work).

put on the wrong side and backwards causing the shocks to be at almost a 60° angle. That's 30° more than the ideal 90° that they're designed for. This makes the shocks basically useless as they can't properly damper at that angle. Now the spring perches must be cutt off and switched over and Welded again. This will make the shocks almost exactly 90°, how they should've been from the beginning.
The front pinion is pointed up at the transfercase, when it should be on the same plane (its a non cv driveshaft) i.e. if the transfercase output it at 2° then the differential should be at 2° as well. Improper pinion angles cause the ujoints to accelerate and decelerate at different speeds which causes vibration, wears out the ujoints quicker, and can cause failure.
My front axle uses 2 plates to hold the springs to the axle rather than u bolts. Well the front passenger side lower plate has a bolt head protruding lower than the plate instead of it being inset like all the others. And they Welded the bolts to the bottom plate. Why????
When they mounted the transmission it was put at a low enough angle that the distributor was hitting the firewall. This made it impossible to time the engine. Had it been mounted 3/8" higher this would not have been an issue (super easy for a nonprofessional like myself to figure out). Also the th400 had a mount for the adapter to go to the skid plate that should've been used on the th350 adapter. Instead they used the stock th350 to mount it to the skid plate, and didn't return all the pieces of the mount for the th400.
I also didn't get back my stock dana 44 knuckles. I didn't get back my stock drag link. I didn't get back my stock skid plate. My an fittings for the th400 were gone so I had to buy new ones for the th350 as well.
They didn't hook up the kick down cable for the th350. The linkage for the dana 300 was not reinstalled, and the hardware was missing.
I have rock lights, a light bar, and fog lights which were working when I took it down there. Surprise, they are no longer working (I haven't looked into this too much yet as I've been working on other issues).
Charlie did contact me, not from my email, but after my Facebook review and offered to fix some of the issues after blaming me for them. However, I don't trust his shop to do it right. Plus my time is valuable as well. Which he doesn't agree with.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from OCD. unless you want to pay to do it twice! This was an expensive $10,000 mistake on my part. Could've bought another okay CJ7 for that amount...
The most laughable thing (well sad that I unfortunately paid for it) was 7.5 hours to change out knuckles on a dana 44 with manual locking hubs. Something I've done numerous times that only takes me an hour to an hour and a half each side. "I don't pad my hours" Yeah right.....

Tonight was my husband and my first time eating at Bullfish. Wednesday night is seafood night, so we decided to give it a try. Oh my goodness I can't believe we haven't been here before. The nurses were really nice, and comforting.

The people who handle post-op are badly informed and frankly, gave out illegal and dangerous advice. I was actually told not to wear a seatbelt for my ride home after my procedure just because it could cause some discomfort, and told to take dangerous pain medication that could end up harming my baby. They need training to do better.
There’s also seems to be an ant infestation.

that the technician was correct and the homeowner not. Being in real estate and construction industries for 45+ years and dealing with many warranty companies and their contractual relationships that the service providers must operate to, I can attest that what happens is not only due to the service provider but the constraints placed by the insurer. I have even had an insurer that provided the repair parts to the contractors and ignored what the existing system components were and dictated the installer to install an evaporator coil that had entirely different dimensions that required a refabricating of plenums which they would not cover. The installer and I both suffered cost implications.
IGD have installed water heaters (conventional and parallel Navien tankless with hot water circulating system), bathroom remodels, repairs of prior installations and just now a major project involving 2@ 5 ton and 2@ 4 ton complete 16 SEER HVAC systems installed in my home. Not only does each system function beyond expectations but more importantly when walking from one room to another with the 3 2story wings each and every room poses no temperature differential and all a 38% relative humidity. Each system is controlled by T9's (preferred by me over the new T10) with sensors in each room that sense when occupied and controls temperatures to the desired settings. I give these details on this system is coordinating 4 individual systems to work in concert with each other and that was no easy task. I have had issue with the original equipment for the 22 years on hot and cold rooms since we have owned this home and now complete satisfaction.
I give credit to the installation team lead technician Tristian and the rest of the crew, Zachary, Fidel, and Fernando working under the coordination of their manager Norman and the owner Ivan. I give the highest of compliments to the expertise, courtesy, concern, care and friendliness of these people.

filed against me. I have never in almost 6 yrs never been late on my rent usually paying early. They have mold issues, bloody rags in breezeways, roof that leaks, fences falling off 2nd story. They are telling everyone they are going to start charging for water but they turn water off at lease once a week or more. I have documentation to back up all the things I state. They are discriminating against Sr Adults. No washer dryer connections and laundry rooms are filthy most of the washer and dryers don't work. The parking is horrible also. They allow cars and trucks that don't run to take up prime parking spots. They allow people with no handicap sticker or tags to park in Handicap spots. I have moved Thank God and the Manager and Ass. Manager should be held responsible for all the terrible things they are doing. I know of 9 apts empty right now due to her actions.

Furthermore, they cannot seem to submit a claim after having repeated attempts providing complete information as well as having the insurance company contacting them at least twice. Some of us still believe in daily accounting and double checking your online banking register. I understand pros and cons about lost checks in the mail but we have always had ways to deal with those issues. I don't write checks anymore due to identity check fraud.

I don't really care for the non-personal automated drive-up teller lanes. I am used seeing someone at the other end on a screen.
Instead of asking me why my daughter was having excessive tardies they proceeded to threaten me to withdraw her. My family has been going through a tough time.. with my daughter losing her father and her grandmother within a month of each other. Our wedding was at this venue on 09/16/2022 This was our dream venue. My wife & i knew from the moment we viewed it that it was perfect for us. We booked right away . A lot of promises on linens, tables chairs, day of coordinator, and lodging up to 17 guests all being included sold us. In fact my wife cried once my chef came to cook for our wedding rehearsal, and Bobby the own told us that food was not allowed . They told us that we couldn't even come inside the build for anything . My 6 year old daughter had to pee & was afraid to ask because of how rude he was to us. We went to the Airbnb after to make plates to give to the wedding party, and Bobby called the owner of the Airbnb to tell him that we were past or limit on guest . Bobby did his best to ruin a day we spend two years to plan. A day that costed us $18,000 dollars. My only regret is booking this venue for my special day. I pray that no couple experience what we did. Do not allow them to sell you a dream like they did us. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. A lot of the staff opened up to us and told us that Bobby is an asshole and it’s hard for him to keep staffing because of it which explains why every time we had a meeting, it was with someone new. On top of that we had to explain things all over again each visit which made us nervous because it was obvious they were not keeping notes on how we wanted our big day to go. He is an awesome therapist, don't know why someone would put anything lower than 5 stars. He is polite and professional and a wealth of knowledge. Seen him for 1year+ and really helped me through difficult and dark times.
